3rd time we dropped off a package that was not picked up by UPS for several days. The supervisor at UPS depot told me that he doesn't pay his bills on time that causes the delay in pick-ups.
We dropped off a package on Monday September 29 2025 and my customer was very angry that there wasn't any movement on Wednesday October 1 2025. I went to the Shipping store to find out that my package was still there after the person lied to me and swore that it was picked up on the Monday that I dropped it off. I saw it sitting on a cart with another 40-50 boxes.
I will never use them again. Not a good business.

Ive probably been shipping packages here and there from this store for at least 5 years. Always kind and fast customer service and very fair prices!! :)

I was just there to buy a roll of stamps. When I got home, I checked what the going rate was on stamps. $.68/stamp. While the service at this place was fine, they charged a little over .10cents more for a stamp, $78.50/roll, than anywhere else I have been to. I most likely will not buy stamps there again.

Terrible!! Don’t go here. Jacking up prices I left and went elsewhere.They were $59 more than the post office!!!

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS!! I have been shipping items through work for over 20 years and this is the most expensive place to send anything that I have ever seen. They charged my wife $350 to overnight some documents (yes, you read that right). This company is flat out scamming people and has extremely high profit margins. I would not use this place as a last resort even if it meant my job was on the line. Stay away.

The store is suppose to open at 9. I waited until 9:15 and still nobody had showed up to open. This is not acceptable for any business to operate this way. I saw 3 cars come and go why I waited for the 15 minutes.

Way over priced...a package that should of costs no more that 25-30.00 costs 75.00.Come on!!! You guys no longer have my business..In the long run, over charging folks will lose you business than keep you in business...Just saying!!!

This place in never open on time its 9:10am and is not open. Ive seen sitting here since 8:30. The ups truck is living now.
