Today March 22nd just after 5 PM I went to this market to buy an elf bar. The Indian man behind the counter informed me that they will be banned soon and he has hidden A sign 2 stop the ban. I replied by saying I hope they don't and he said that he hopes. They do because people like me are killing our children by giving them 2 our children. My children are grown and unfortunately one of them Yes is already dead not by me giving them elf bars. This review isn't about the elf bars or any flavored tobacco ban it is about disgusting customer service. I normally do business at US market on the corner of Queen and hill in Albany Oregon. Unfortunately they did not have my flavor but I recommend that store to anybody who reads this review They have great customer service and they know you by name after only a few times visiting their store. As for the store that I'm Writing the review about We as proud Albany residents should do our best to put them out of business because we don't need businesses like that and our town.Sincerely. I don't normally review places, especially negative reviews. But wow, after the experience I just had there I absolutely have no problem doing so. My husband and I shop here for all of our nicotine products, have for many years. We are both loyal customers who have always been polite and respectful. And we have spent A LOT if money here. I bought a Watermelon Ice Elf Bar here yesterday afternoon. Well when I got home and opened it, I took a puff and it wouldn't stop going even after I stopped. The only way to make it stop is to blow into it and the smoke comes out of the bottom hole that it absolutely should not be coming out of. Obviously these things happen, but I wasn't trying to wait for the battery to burst and injure myself. So I went back today to ask for just an exchange in the exact same flavor. I told him that I bought it yesterday and it's faulty. Keep in mind, everyone there has exchanged faulty ones before, they have done it for my husband every time. But the man who is usually pretty friendly, was telling me that I only have 20 minutes after purchasing it to return it (rudely and saying no no no I can't do that. No.) And then I was obviously frustrated but respectfully said "Okay well I guess I'll just buy another." And I asked if he had the consumer return information so I could get a refund through them. He refused to give it to me. So I bite my tongue and say okay and AS IM PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE, he decides to tell me that I was lying about buying it here yesterday, because according to him, he didn't have that exact flavor out until he stocked it himself at 11pm. And telling me that that means I couldn't have purchased it yesterday.I was really understanding up until this point. But here's my thing... He committed fraud. There are absolutely no signs or postings about only having 20 minutes to exchange faulty items. He knows as well as I do that he's the liar who has no problem pocketing money for faulty products and calling a loyal customer a liar to cover his own behind. But um, bank statements and sales records don't lie. And neither does security camera footage. I didn't even ask for a refund from him. I just wanted to exchange the faulty product for one that wasn't broken. And if he had just left it as "Im sorry but our policy is not to do exchanges" i would have been disappointed but understanding and respectful about it.Im not saying "don't shop here", because everyone there is a hard worker who cares about their customers... Except for the main manager apparently.If he sees this, I hope he understands how rude and disrespectful he treated me. I hope he learns to have better sales morals and etiquette. Because I will never buy anything from here again. All because of the way he handled this. And because I don't want to spend my hard earned money where I am profiled as a liar, by an actual liar. Sir, you are a hypocrite. But I wish you the best and hope you better yourself and good things come your way when you do.

Purchased a bad vape, the guy behind the counter begrudgingly exchanged it, it too was bad, both opened in front of him. He told us to leave and pointed at a sign saying all sales final. It was a $25 waste of money. They will not give me the contact info of the owner. I stopped at the other market, his wife works there. She said she had talked to him and that it was her husbandat teh other store, flipped me off and told me to leave. The owners/management are wonderful, these emoyees are not. It's equivalent to theft .

We were driving through this area & looking for a place to stop & get a fountain soda for the drive home. I must say I immediately noticed how clean the store was as soon as I walked in the front door ( they were also power washing their parking lot & front of the store area...nice & clean.) What drove me crazy was...I go to the fountain soda area & could not find the cups. There were lids & straws & napkins...There were a couple people in line so I had to wait in line...Just to find out you have to get your cup from the cashier??? Totally bizarre..So I had to stand in line to get my cup, go fill my drink & then stand in line again to pay..What's even crazier is there is no sign or note in the soda section even telling you that. Clean store...weird rules !!!

It's a beautiful place to get breakfast early in the morning plus it's this fine woman work there she my friend I always go get biscuits and gravy yummy
