We have used Ultrex for over 20 years. We love their prompt, courteous service. Everyone from the owner to the service techs to the office staff have been great to work with. Huge shout out to service tech Mike who was able to diagnose an issue we were having, quickly get the part needed and stayed very late getting our machine running again. We had very little down time due to his diligence. Many thanks, Mike and the Ultrex team.

Our printer randomly broke and we needed it fixed ASAP. Ultrex saved us from having to buy a new printer and they came next day. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. As a small business owner, I highly recommend Ultrex for your printer needs!

Disappointing at best. Sadly, I can no longer support my local business. I am honestly surprised at all of the 5-star reviews knowing what my ongoing experiences are with ULTREX over the years. Let me start out by saying I have had to call ULTREX three times for a simple fax machine fix. My calls triggered a service call each time and they sent an employee out each time (with very poor communication) to take a look at the new printer we purchased from them. Each time the tech that arrived acted like they were new to their job and never once had they fixed the issue that was called about, NOT ONCE!! I don’t even receive follow up calls asking if everything was fixed. Each time they leave my staff feels like they are going to return to finish and they never do. I just receive a bill in the mail. Every time I pay the $150 service call bill plus parts, if necessary, but for what?? I have NEVER received a fix to my new machine but have paid and paid every single invoice FOR NOTHING. This company will sell you a printer to keep you broke! A small business cannot afford their prices of a new printers on top of 3x $150.00 service call fee plus parts to a brand-new printer, to not have a properly working printer. This is insane. I called twice to resolve the printer issue so my bill would make since however I was told there was nothing they could do. So, we are very disappointed that we can no longer support local. Buyer Beware!!

The team at Ultrex is incredible! We have them for our networking and printer needs at our church, and they knock it out of the park every time! They are quick to answer service requests, they fix the problem in a timely matter, and I feel very supported with needs beyond my understanding! Would for sure recommend them to anyone!

Ultrex has been the most wonderful company to work with. Everyone is extremely kind, efficient and helpful. They make us feel like we are their most important customer because of how personable they are and we look forward to working more with their new IT department. As a small church we have the challenge of having a printing service which allows for limited high quality prints at a price we can afford. Ultrex has met that challenge with high marks. Competent and pleasant technicians are available by telephone, and to help guide us through the necessary steps to get back up and running. The office staff (that may not be the correct term) stay in contact regularly to be sure we have the disposables we consume. They are always professional and thorough with their help. And the president of the company has also been interactive with our account. If you are looking for a quality printer with superlative service Ultrex is an easy recommendation.

Amazing. We use Ultrex for our IT Support, Printer Servicing, and VOIP Phone service and I wish I could have them for more services. Their staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and quick to respond. They actively work with other vendors to help fix issues when needed, and are always professional and helpful. Seriously, I can't say enough nice things about our Ultrex team. I would recommend them for any and every service that they offer, but especially their IT support services!

The team at ULTREX went above and beyond helping our district get the equipment that would fulfill all our business needs, as well as keep us within our required budget. The process from beginning through installation and training was truly a pleasant experience. Daniel (our sales rep) was there every step of the way, even checking back to ensure we were happy and nothing was missed. Everyone there works together as a team and I'm glad we made the decision to go with ULTREX. Highly recommend! :)

I wanted to thank Gil, the fellow who helped us get our computers fixed so they would print after the Microsoft kerfluffle. He found the Microsoft file that was missing and downloaded it, then had me put it in a file for the other computer that was being problematic. The person wasn't in, so we didn't have access to fix it while I was working with Gil. He talked through the steps, so I knew what was going on the whole time.He was not only knowledgeable, but he was upbeat and entertaining, too.He's a keeper!God Bless,OLPH, St Mary's, Albany
