The people who work there are rude not only to me but other customers. The manager chubby guy with a scrungy beard is the worst.

In 35 years of business I have never seen such treatment and violation of civil rights at a national bank in my life. What was suppose to be a relatively simple transaction turned out to be a complete nightmare that lasted close to 2 hours. My 85 year old mother who has difficulty walking entered the bank to get a cashier's check for $67,000. Very simple because I printed out exactly the way the check was to be written on an index card and that was handed to the teller. The teller did not follow instructions and screwed up the cashier's check. This started a chain of events that would end very badly and was made profoundly worse by the branch manager. My mom did not catch the error until she returned to the car. When she discovered the mistake which was 2 minutes later, she walked back into the bank and asked the teller to create a new instrument and was told that could not happen because it's a cashier's check. That is when I became involved to try and rectify the situation.. The teller could have simply redeposited the check and issued a new one as originally instructed. He instead told me it could not be done and reiterated what he told my mother. I vehemently told him he was wrong and he referred me to his manager. The lack of knowledge in banking regulations exasperated the mistake to a point of elderly abuse for keeping my mother hostage for literally an hour and a 1/2 trying to correct a mistake that they made. I cannot go into too much more detail because I do plan on litigation as well as filng a complaint with the division of financial regulations of the state of Oregon. The teller eventually recognized his mistakes and was very apologetic, but the branch manager is so arrogant that he never even addressed my mother and refused to apologize to her even after I asked him to. I guarantee you he would never never ever in his life allow anyone and I mean anyone to treat his mother or grandmother in the manner that he treated my 85 year old mother!!! We use to park millions of dollars at this institution, but in the last decade have moved all funds to other banks for good reason.

Us bank steals from another hard working customer. We somehow had charges on our account from an airline and motel in new York. We cought it soon enough to stop it. But us bank had to let it go through so they. So the next two month we had money put back into our account. Then taken back out. Had a different amount put back in and two different amounts pulled back out. Then the original chargers from the bank fraud in the first place simply disappeared. So the us bank simply kept over a thousand dollars of mine. And there's paper work says they did write. I could never get direct deposit to work. No business could find my account. Customer service is slow and not pleasant.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Drive through banked was rude, unhelpful and incompetent. I've never had issues cashing a "third party check" but apparently it's against this banks policy. I've been cashing third party checks every other week for the past 6 months. I went in to the bank to see a teller to cash my check a few days later. Of course the same thing happened. Do not bank with them unless you want to deal with a bunch of incompetent idiots.

Went in to get some information on loans. My husband and I got wonderful service and great information. Juan was very helpful and super nice. We actually had a good time talking about loans if you can believe it. Will definitely be back as long as they have folks like Juan working there. I would also like to mention while I waited my turn I listened to the tellers speaking to the customers. They were all very nice and friendly to everyone. Nice bank all around! I'm unbiased ( I don't even know if i got the loan yet). Either way they were just really nice people in there.
