I read the bad reviews and was apprehensive. I literally walked in answered a few questions and walked out with the new phone I wanted In less than 15 minutes. Good service

I give people a fair shot when it comes to being decent and professional. I wouldn't give this experience five stars. I went in to find out about a SIM card issue which was mailed to me but it didn't show up. I waited a couple minutes after the older gentlemen was finished with the customer ahead of me and he stood at the door for a few minutes before assisting me. (I thought was kind of strange)The individual was reluctant to help and didn't have a great attitude either. I was told, "there's nothing I can do to help you." I did ask if there was a manager available to see if there was a way to mitigate the issue. The guy said, "actually I am the manager." He was sly and rhetorical. I just left without saying anything. Not worth getting upset or dealing with people who can't manage their lacking in customer service. I'm not impressed and I will not step foot in that building again.

Let's start by saying if I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars for this VZW location. I have been a loyal VZW customer with 5 lines of service for many years now. I have found in store reps to be 100% unwilling to assist unless they are making a sale so I generally use my VZW app to complete most of what I need because I don't want to have unwanted extras added to my account. I added a line onto my VZW bill this week using my VZW app and had to go into this store to pick up my sim. Instead of supplying me the sim that was ordered, the store rep added another unwanted line of service without advising me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot believe that I am being treated like this when I pay VZW $370 every month. If I need help or need to pick up a SIM I should not have to worry about if the rep is just going to add unwanted extras to my bill because they need commission. These VZW store reps have no desire to assist with anything they are only driven by sales. When I visit a VZW location I expect to be helped with my issue not have my plan and next bill messed up because some rep needs to meet a sales quota.
