Went there to clean my charging port.
After cleaning it, I was told the charging port was pretty much dead. So I got a new phone. Had next to no help setting it up. Felt like being pushed out of the store and I'm now struggling to get my phone setup which I believe they could've done to begin with. Furthermore, my old phone charges just fine now. So was nice knowing they will lie to get a sale.

I went into the store and was hopping mad. I unloaded my frustration on the young man who asked if he could help me. This was in regards to how my 92 year old father had been sold alot of services he did not ask for, then refused to answer his calls when he had questions understanding what he'd signed up for. Long story short...,it was the Clay Street store who'd messed with my dad and all of his internet services.
I want to commend this young man for his professionalism with dealing with me and, embarrassingly enough, I had the wrong store. 🙄 I will frequent this Verizon store if I have need. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of the Verizon store on Clay.

Tell a joke.... the kids that work here are idiots. I just don't understand how kids can run a Verizon store. They don't know anything.

I went to Verizon in Albany, and worked with Hannah. I had a complicated case of transferring my family to Verizon from ATT, and also unraveling a complicated issue I got into with the Verizon application process (too long to describe here). She was able to work the problems professionally, expediently, fairly, and in the end I walked away quite happy I have made the switch to Verizon. She was well versed on the processes and tools available to her and she found a way to get my issues sorted. THANK YOU to HANNAH, and VERIZON.

My phone wouldn't ring. I thought it wasn't a big deal... wrong. Fortunately for me the staff hung interesting and brought it back to "ringing". They never gave up. Thanks.

The absolute worse service ever. Plan on being there for at least an hour minimum. 2 people working while 4 people in the back. 4 people waiting for 45 minutes or more. Sad. Better doing business over phone. Need better employeees but not much to choose from these days.
