The worst customer service I have ever experienced, the staff is very un trained and the manager has no clue on how to treat minority, if you are a minority, please stay far away from this store, the automatically think you stole something the minute you arrive, I would rate this store an F- and negative 0 stars , abousulty the worst experienced I have been treated.

Grocery pick up was a disaster. The ordering system took my additions, but not my subtractions. Further, I ordered frozen fruit and the substitutions were not frozen. Consequently, 1/2 of my order was wrong. I left it there and demanded a refund.

I went to the gardening center on Sunday looking for a plant for Mother's Day. I was deeply saddened by the state of the plants. Everyone I picked up was completely dry. The plants were wilted and hanging over the sides of the pots. I am talking about all the vegetables, the flowers, the herbs, you name it. What is going on here? I love gardening and it's a joy to be able to go buy new plants but to get there and see the horrible shape of the plants, just made me sick. The hose was right there and I wanted to grab it and start watering them all. I felt most had no hope left though as they were definitely dead. Does Walmart not understand how many people enjoy shopping in the garden center at this time of year? With the Covid virus around, not everyone has been getting out yet that place was packed. I saw so many people walking through shaking their heads in disgust like I was saying "why don't they care to keep the plants looking good, especially since they knew so many would be out shopping for Mother's day for their moms. This was our time to shop for ourselves too." Yet there was nothing worthwhile to buy. I was so disappointed. Walmart what is going on in Albany!!!????
