The young man who works in Walmart's electronics section needs additional training. Before I helped him, another customer cursed him out. I was interacting with him for entirely too long, and he doesn't understand the job or policy.

Got the normal Walmart merchandise, nice and clean inside , found what we needed and was in and out in less then 30 mins. No complaints here.

Asked for help getting a heavy item to the front, and they asked for a team lift over the radio. I waited for 30 minutes until asking someone else who just walked past me and said “you'll be waiting awhile”. A CUSTOMER ended up helping me take it to the front AND to my car after asking another employee to help me lift it into my car and them saying “I’m just going to my break sorry”. When going to leave I counted 6 employees standing by the front talking and laughing. I’ve been in customer service for 6 years and I would have never. Extremely disappointed.

The staff is rude and power trips, their prices are eh, and honestly I will continue to 1 star review them at their registers, because the self check people are so unbelievable rude.
They need to get rid of their front end "coach" and their self check team, rebuild.
*edit* this was meant for corvallis walmart.
But I stand by my statements.
Although john and Don are both cool cats.

Turned away my freinds service dog even though my friend showed legal documents and proof plus the dog was on a leash and had a vest

The store is too big. They sell a lot of garbage. Not enough checkers. A very unpleasant place to wait in line.
