Worst bank I've ever been with. The employees are fine, it's the fact that the manangment doesn't know how to run a smooth operation . The line is almost ALWAYS backed up with only 1 or 2 people at the counter. They very frequently have there drive up closed so therefore LONGER lines= longer wait. And trust me there are always long lines. Get those counter people HELP wells Fargo, it's not like you dont have the money. And you are going to keep getting bad reviews about this branch and losing people if issues aren't resolved. I'm switching to a bank that actually cares about there customers. And don't bother responding to this review, it's not going to help. Actions speak louder than words.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been give misinformation on top of the bank teller not playing attention when being ask about a check I suspected to be fraudulent. On top of all this their help lines have further made this more difficult than Ever needing. I’ve had my account hacked and broken into as well before all of this. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have ever used.

Drive up only. Only one lane open at 2:30p, with enough people in line that Burkhart St was partially blocked.

I have been trying to get into and call this bank for the last week and have been unsuccessful. This is not the way to treat a 30 year customer!

Banking without being able to speak to a banker or anyone who can help you is dumb. If I wanted teller only service I would use the atm instead of driving 49 miles to the bank because you've closed all the other branches in the area.

The worst bank management. 3 months the drive up was closed. And when by chance you go inside for help and no customers are there the employees just sit there and ignore you. The manager is an extremely unhelpful woman. Oregon state credit is a thousand times better. And they have a scam going for fees where they say you didn't have money in the bank even though you deposited money in the bank. And they refuse to refund there errors

I drove all the way to sweet home to take my parents to the Albany wells fargo just to wait in line have the woman in the window help everyone then tell us they closed at 12 and not help us but helped 7other vehicles.

Husband was overdrawn so we tried putting money in at the ATM and it wouldn't allow us to make a cash deposit and of course the bank was already closed. He woke up to 3 overdraft fees of $35 each but when I go to the bank their drive through is closed. And their policy won't allow a refund on overdraft fees. So done with this bank. Also one of the few that still charge a monthly fee. Any credit union in the area is better than this. Don't go here!

Worst experience at a bank. Chad Wright is the worst manager. Slow at his job and very disrespectful to his customers. Does Wells Fargo a disservice.After waiting 30 min to speak to a representative. The workers was unable to complete my cash withdrawal. The money showed posted and was in my savingsShe asked to get assistance from her manager. I made it very clear I didn’t need an explanation from her manager if it can’t be done I already wasted enough time. She said her manager could possibly do it. Manager came and was rude interrupted and nothing was done.
