Klyn at your Aloha location was wonderful. They were prompt in diagnosing our problem (bad battery) and went above and beyond to help us resolve it (replaced our battery for us on site). It was a pleasant relief to a stressful situation. Thanks Klyn!

This has become the worst store I've ever gone too I hate NAPA but I'm running to them, 9/10 times you come in you stand around for 10-15 mins before someone can grace you with their presence to check you out, today I went in one guy checking parts for a few folks a guy on a call I guess, one guy loading a shipment 2 items at a time and another 2 or 3 guys jerking each other off in the back

2 weeks ago a check engine light came on and their free service to examine what's causing the issue really helped out a lot! An employee Sara helped handle the device and let me know exactly what I needed to fix on my vehicle. Very helpful when in need!

Terrible service from the manager. I bought some brakes for my car and he sold me the wrong ones. I had to go back. I don't have time to waste my time on these inept people. Not one more dollar for this auto zone store. Total waste of time, I don't recommend them.

I've had wonderful service at this location. I got a new car and was having battery issues. They helped me navigate and stood by their guarantee of service and warranty, switching out for a new one when I wasn't satisfied. Don was extremely helpful and provided amazing service. All employees that I cam across were great, but Don in particular, great guy!
