Just stopped into this store to buy synthetic oil for a car I was driving that wasn't mine. The "check oil" light came on so I stopped here as it was the closest auto supply store. I walked into the store, was not acknowledged by any of the 4 men who were behind the counter. I walked over to the oil section and couldn't find what I was looking for so I walked over to the counter and asked one of the guys if he works there - I didn't know if he was there as a repair person or delivery guy, etc. He literally just looked at me with a blank stare on his face and after a long pause says "what can help you find?" in a very disinterested tone. This car is a luxury Audi that I am not familiar with and I didn't want to get the wrong oil. The customer service was severely lacking and (I am a woman) many women walking into this situation would find it a very uncomfortable and intimidating experience. I just found it extremely annoying and maddening. I went to check the dip stick, which I couldn't find - there isn't one, it's digital (again, not familiar with newer, luxury cars). I learned this and how to check it only because the youngest of the men working the store came out with a paper towel and a funnel and asked if I needed some assistance (after, I'm sure, watching me futz around for a while). He showed me how to access the digital readout of the oil level and after I emptied the quart into the engine, took my garbage. This young man could give every single one of the others a lesson in customer service. A person should be acknowledged when coming into a store, asked if there is anything they need assistance with and just have some basic interpersonal communication skills - like when asked if they work there they could say yes, I do, can I help you find something? Really, really basic. I have checked, filled and changed out the oil in various cars I have owned over the years, I just am very unfamiliar with luxury cars that show the oil level digitally, it isn't my car and I wanted some assistance finding the correct oil - not asking anything to extraordinary. I will not return to this store and that younger man should take his customer service skills and kindness somewhere else where these things are part of the culture.

Thanks to Autozone service and quick response, I was able to drive home on a rainy day with a new windshield wiper. The old one was broken and irritating!

Guess I made a mistake in trusting the website saying the part I needed was in stock. 2nd store I went to that said it was in stock. When you scan the last remaining item it should take it out of stock on the site. In the past months they have refused to return my items even unopened. There store inside in out is starting to look like a dump. Tried staying true to auto zone but recently they have dropped the bar. Wonder where they went wrong.

I had a AAA mechanic tell me my battery was depleted and I needed to get it charged, I didn’t even know that was a thing so I called auto zone to see if they charged batteries, the gentleman on the phone assured me they do and I just need to bring the battery in. As a person who has never taken a battery out, I asked about the difficulty and this kind associate assured me it wasn’t difficult and he had all the faith I could complete it. This simple assurance and his courteous help when I successfully brought said battery in genuinely made a stressful situation much less so. I believe his name was Thai - he was working the night of 1/22 and he is an asset to your store!

There's a rude girl who works there who didn't want to accept back some items we had just bought. We had boughten two items and tested to see if they worked, they didn't work and we went back that same day just 15 minutes later after purchasing them and that girl had seen us. We went for a return and our money back and she said they couldn't accept them back. AutoZone has never done that ever! This is the first time I've seen someone from there not accept returns even if opened out of the package. That lady had an attitude, was rude and definitely doesn't like her job with the way she was handling the situation. You should hire people who ACTUALLY want to work.

Went to Autozone to return a gallon of ATF (automatic transmission fluid) and they had no problem with that as it was unopened.

This place... beware of the butchy women, she tried to scam me into a new battery and even did the whole fake test speel and all. It was totally unnecessary which only leaves the possibilty she was scammin on me. I felt funny about it and went to BATTERIES AND BULBS and was stoked when a gentleman tested it again and showed me it was good to go with green crank amps and %100 unlike Auto Zone Auto Parts that stated my Cranks amps were dead and was surprised to see how I got there, and charge was weak. She seemed very upset to be bothered by lil ol me, no one special but I deserve my hard earned money, not her.Good lookin out Batteries and Bulbs!. I'll be going there now and avoiding the depressed workers that seem to be one customer away from offing themselves. ✌️
