The "helpers" standing around with tablets are incompetent and useless.Stood in the teller line to deposit a check. Made it all the way to the front of the line, only to be pulled aside by a tablet wielding guy who said he would take care of me. Turns out he didn't know how to use his tablet. Stamped over the account number on the back of the check, and couldn't read it, so asked me for it! His camera didn't work to take pictures of the check. It took him another 30 mins to finally issue a receipt.Stay away from this branch. Better yet, take your money to another bank or credit union. Pathetic customer service.

I believe that Maren McDonald-Sneed was the best person to have provided us her service. She has been the most amazing person to work with. Better yet we were able to sleep peacefully knowing that Maren had our backs throughout the whole process. Looking back at the entirety of our loan and what complications we had throughout the process it felt like as if all our ducks were in a row no matter what chaos was thrown our way from factors that we had no control over. I believe that without her we would have not closed on time, let alone have all the proper documents for our loan with the VA.The sheer dedication, love, tender love and care that Maren provided was phenomenal and unmatched compared to anyone we have ever met. If we were to do this process all over again, correction, WHEN we do this again in the future, there is no doubt in my mind that we would choose Maren McDonald-Sneed again and again.

Felt that I needed to share this. I walked into the lobby at 2:00pm in the afternoon. I was approached by B of A personnel who asked what I needed. I stated that I had a brief question about my account. The 3 people who were standing in the middle of the lobby, NOT engaged with a customer, stated that I would have to wait 30 minutes or more to get my brief question answered. The question truly was a very brief question. What is the matter with you Bank of America? What happened to customer service? This is a terrible way to run a branch. I was appalled at the lack of customer service. I will never rely on that branch again. In fact, I am contemplating moving all of my accounts to another institution that values their customers, their financial needs, and their time. So disrespectful.

Good experiences from me at this location. I showed up around 10:30am on two separate occasions this month in preparation for a home purchase. My requests were handled promptly, clearly, and within 15 minutes during both visits. Some B of A locations had staffing issues during COVID and could close unexpectedly due to staffing shortages. I appreciate that this location kept their online hours updated to reflect closures. If online said they were open, they were open. The manager Brandon demonstrates professionalism and urgency in both calm and stressful interactions. I've personally seen him keep his cool while dealing with frustrated customers. In my interactions, he and his staff have been excellent to work with.

If in need of anything fast, go elsewhere. This branch always has multiple greeters who stand around and do nothing while there is only 1 teller regardless of number of customers. You would think their greeters would help if the line gets long, but nope. They'll talk among themselves and say hello/goodbye, but otherwise are absolutely useless.I bank elsewhere, fortunately, but work requires me to use this particular branch. Avoid it.

The worst BofA outlet. The corporate board should just shut it down. ATMs don't work. Drive thru is closed. The three people inside are too busy to work the counter. They just say "we'll be right with you." And then they don't. So f'n unprofessional.

10-21-22When I go into a bank for possible fraud activity, I don’t appreciate the gentleman screaming my personal information on the phone. In addition to having to call someone else on the phone in the office to do the same thing I could’ve done just online.

Walked in today to do some banking and was told “there’s no one here to help with cash today” …. Wow. Pretty much defeats the purpose of being called a BANK, right!?! Very annoyed and frustrated as this location is always having issues.

Elderly people like my father don't have smart.phones or computers they need to post on doors when the branch will be open so they can use the services . Need to atleast cater to them and the handicap.

I usually don’t pay attention to reviews for a banking location. I thought: how bad could it be? Unfortunately, this branch is a bit incompetent. Today I visited for a wire transfer and waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got to the teller, he told me they were unable to do any wire transfers today because the sole person who can do them was unavailable for the rest of the day.I said “ok, maybe you should put up a sign”He replied “a sign about… no wire transfers?”I answered “yeah so people don’t wait in line”To which he replied “sorry we don’t have a sign”……….. no kidding.I almost put a note on the bank door myself to save people the time (the line continued to grow as I left), but I didn’t have any post-it notes in my car.Anyways, the people at this bank don’t care about efficiently serving their customers. Go to a different branch for sure.
