John was extremely helpful with a complicated multi line port. Very knowledgeable and friendly when helping customers. I will happily go out of my way to visit this location.

The customer service is absolutely terrible at this place. We walked out we were about to spend $200 plus on stuff and the guy working answered the phone and just ignored us right in the middle of our sale. We grabbed our old phone and left. This place sucks. The guy working had absolutely no knowledge of what we were asking and was inconvenienced that we were even there. Won't be back

...*sigh* Just, don't ever go into a brick-and-mortar Boost Mobile store, okay? Among other things, they charge "in-store activation fees", which is just you paying a premium to have an "employee" (who probably knows less about Boost than you do) go through the same phone activation steps you'd have to go through if you were to do the activation yourself. That's because, despite all appearances, they aren't actually part of Boost Mobile itself but rather an approved franchisee, and as such they have no actual power to do anything you couldn't do yourself for less time, money, and headache.
