I have known bruce for the better part of thirty years.....HE DOES NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.......Bruce will only do a repair the correct way... he will not work on an auto unless it is being repaired in the correct manner. Some times customers want it done cheaply and in a band aid manner... This is not how Bruce works..... I have never witnessed Bruce being racist on the basketball court nor off the court..... This review by the lady that claims racism is just WRONG and is a gross example of libelous statement. Bruce believes as I do that we are all born HUMAN BEINGS, and that it is what we do with our selves along the way that determines our character.........This lady is wrong PERIOD................

Go see Bruce!! My mom took her Escalade in for multiple items that needed fixing and Bruce took care of them all in no time at all and with care & thoughtfulness. I can’t tell you enough about what a fair person he is and what a great job he did!! I want to spread the word about Bruce to everyone because there should be more people out there like him! He doesn’t work in a ritzy overhead building and maybe that’s one of the reasons he can be so reasonable. Thank you again Bruce!

Actually, Bruce did not repair my auto. I went in with some small dents on the hood from fallen tree branches. I told him about the $1700 estimate I got from a place near there. He looked at it and said that it really was not worth spending that money on the hood. A new hood, painting the fenders adjacent, and the paint would not match and I would not be pleased. His advice was "Live with it, Honey!" The advice he would give to an elderly aunt?, I asked. Yep. He did use his mallet to improve the dent closest to the opening. Time has passed and I barely notice the damage. So I trust him. When I get something that I definitely want fixed, I'll go back to Bruce.

My Nissan Juke was rear ended, unfortunately I had to pay out of pocket because the other person's insurance was expired. Bruce was able to fix things up on an extremely basic budget, always kept me updated and has a smile every time you see him.

I went here on Saturday only to be taken around in circles and not given an approximate price. I asked Bruce if he could fix a slightly loose bumper bracket. He started talking about other things on my car saying he can't do it. It seemed as if he didn't want me there and wanted me to leave . I asked if he could give me ballpark of how much it would be to fix and he refused. I asked how much for taking the bumper off to see if he could fix it. He refused. He basically shooed me away and made it obvious he didn't want to do business with me. I told him I was thinking in the $200 area. He just said "yeah sweetheart I really don't have time." Then proceeded to raise his voice as if he's irritated while he points out every single thing wrong with other parts of my car. I advised I didn't want every little thing done. Just tighten the bracket. He basically told me to go look elsewhere. I got 3 more quotes from other shops. All less than $200. He also reeked of alcohol. Why would you argue someone down about paying you for a small repair? The person who ended up fixing it spent 20 minutes on my car. It was a very easy job. Only required a little adjusting and a couple screws. I couldn't believe the treatment I received. Being a person of color, it's the only reason I can think of for why he treated me in such a way. He definitely need to rethink how he treats people

I found Bruce's shop through a referral. I have a 2002 325i that was an in accident. Bruce worked with my limited budget and produced excellent service. He is easy to reach by phone and he also worked with me on pickup. He spent hours of his own time paint matching to meet his high standards and applied this scrutiny to every part of putting my car together. I think this place is exceptional.
