“I chose the BEST place to replace my windshield! 🤩 I never imagined getting my windshield replaced would end up being the best hour of my day. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. They almost made me want to break my windshield again… just so I could come back\! 😂 That’s how good they are.If you’re looking for great service, I can’t recommend them enough!”

“This is the second car that I have had Eric work on. Previously he did the work at my office, but now does his magic at his business. It was less convenient for me, but working with Eric is a delight and worth bringing the car to him. His attention to detail is 100% and he is totally customer centered - great advice, great skills. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place. I tried tinting my first car three times (it looks so easy on YouTube), but there was always something screwed up when I got done - grrrr. Eric also does paint protection, detailing, and ceramic coating too. 100% recommended.”

“Great experience at Collision Auto Glass & Calibration. I was referred by Land Rover Portland. From the moment I called, Brad was very helpful and easy to work with. He walked me through the insurance claim and explained the process from start to finish. It took a few days for the insurance to process, but once they had my vehicle, the turnaround was quick—about 4 hours. Professional, flexible, and they even have a really sweet dog greeting customers. Highly recommend for window replacement!”

“There are very few, if any, shops willing to look at my 1978 Mercedes 450sl. They fixed the list of things I wanted taken care of and did a little extra tinkering while they were under the hood. This car hasn't run this smoothly in years! Great people. Reasonable rates. Smart suggestions for future work I'd like to have done.”

“My Miata had a ceramic coat put on 5 years ago. I’m going back to have it reapplied. It was an excellent job. Sine then my daughter took her Camry to have the ceramic coat put on hers. It was like brand new. My grandson took his Infinity to be detailed and we were very pleased with that. We intend to keep coming back”

“Eli and team are a silver lining! Let’s face it, car problems (especially unexpected ones) are the worst! Not only did Motor Car Doctors get my car in for a new clutch & brakes immediately, they completed the job in one day! No one else that I had inquired with could even look at my car within that time, let alone complete the repairs. Eli is exceptionally thorough; they give photographic explanations, a detailed and reasonable price guide, along with text updates. Most importantly the team is friendly, empathetic and my car is running great a month out on repairs. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!”

“I took my Corvette back for some emblems I wanted on my car and the vinyl stripe that I had bought little did I know the vinyl was crap. Willie went above and beyond the call and hooked me up with PDX eraps and got a stripe that looks amazing. I can't begin to tell you what great customer service this guy does. He goes above and beyond the call. I normally don't hand out compliments. This guy deserves every bit of it. Lifetime customer!!!!”

“This is the best experience I have ever had. Jeannie goes above and beyond. She really cares and takes care of you. My car was there for about 2 weeks and she was extremely informative and helpful through everything. My car looks fantastic and they did an absolutely amazing job. The team there knows that they are doing and take pride in the work and customers. If I ever need more repairs I will be coming back here. I know my car is taken care of and the quality of work is also amazing.”

“These guys are fantastic! The quality of the body work and paint was excellent...beyond my expectations! Carlos was kind, polite and listened. Fast turn around, fair pricing and was willing to repair rather than replace the quarter panel on my 4 Runner which would never happened with the upselling that typically happens in other shops! They are the best! Thanks guys!”

“I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Science Park. Jason took excellent care of my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The estimate, drop-off, and pickup were all smooth and easy. The repair and paint work turned out beautifully, and my car looked like new when I got it back. I also appreciated how clean the car was inside and out. The whole experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Jason and the team.”

“I have been going here for over 10 years and they have consistently been wonderful to work with. They'll apologize about things WELL beyond their control and will have it handled before their original estimated time at no extra cost... the inky reason you hear about it is they do SUCH a good job communicating with you.”

“My windshield had a big crack, it was easy to schedule and get replaced. Person on the phone confirming appointment was very friendly, person at front desk on entry was very kind just seemed a little stressed and it seems odd they have 1 person for both calls and front desk. I was quoted 3 hours took more like 6 hours but online it had said even longer so I wasnt concerned. Overall great service and my windshield is happy. The cost was exactly as quoted online when I made my appointment and was comparable to everywhere else I looked at.”
