As I'm quickly finding out accidents, don't just create pain from the impact but pain from dealing with the insurance companies and the lack of information given by the insurance. My vehicle has sentimental value to me beyond just being how I get to and from. Not only do the amazing people here understand how I felt they took the time to honestly answer all of my questions. They walked me through what the damages were and what needs to be fixed. The level of compassion that they have. I've never experienced at any other shop.”
“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

“I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision in Tualatin. The repairs I needed done were covered by insurance, though I had several companies to choose from and I chose based off google star rating. I am so happy with my choice. They made the entire process as smooth and easy as I could imagine, and did a fantastic job of keeping me updated via text. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional, and kind. They handled almost all the coordinating with the insurance company as well, and they were able to complete the repairs well within the timeframe they told me to expect.
They also coordinate with a rental car company and really made the whole process as seamless as it could be.”

“Currently, I have a car there- called for an update... Car has been there 18 days- and no estimated date of completion. I called to get any idea of completion- was rudely spoken to by Haley-- "well it was a tow in..." as she laughed. Let's just say, not a productive conversation, like I was inconveniencing her. Good news though- I got a callback less than 5 minutes later- had a delightful call - and received the simple update I was looking for. They have been doing a diligent job hunting down parts... generally - very pleased. Gave them a 5 star, maybe Haley was just having a bad day-- everyone gets a pass once and a while.”

“I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone with their car repair needs! Thankfully the damage that was done to my car was superficial, and Timothy was able to give me multiple options at different price points. He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. We ended up doing the cheaper route (just a buff out of the paint transfer) and at the end of the service, he reassured me that this repair took no time at all and it was on the house.
I have heard so many horror stories about mechanics and repair shops taking advantage of people, and this shop really blew my mind. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you again to Timothy and everyone at Collision Caliber for your help today!”

“Made my car look like new! Even polished up my other headlight so it would match the new one.A woman ran a red light as I was making a protected (green light) left turn. She hit the right side of my bumper as I was mid-turn. Her insurance company took 100% liability for the accident and told me I could find any auto shop I wanted to proceed with the repairs. I got estimates at several places but ultimately went with O’Dell’s as Mark (the owner) was very friendly, informative, and offered a thorough estimate & fast timeline. Mark told me the repair would take about 5-6 business days and boy was he spot on! It took 6 business days. Super fast compared to the month long estimates I heard from other shops.If I ever need any kind of auto body work done again I will definitely be returning here!”

I love the way this shop works: completing high quality work, handling all the details with the insurance companies, returning my car beautifully cleaned inside and out, coordinating with rental car company and presenting a chocolate car at pick up time. The office people are kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Tualatin Auto Body is thoroughly professional and excellent in every aspect of their work.”
“What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision? We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day. He gave me an estimate in a reasonable range. In one week, I have the car fully fixed and run like a charm. Communication with Peter is simple and straight forwards. “This is the 4th Mazda in my household, 3 leases and a purchase. The first 2 leases and the purchase were from the Mazda dealership in Gladstone. Unfortunately for them, I can only presume, that they changed management, and now all they seem to want is immediate sales. If you're not ready to sign, they don't want to deal with you, but that's another review. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Royal Moore Mazda and John Raptor. He never pushed, very congenial, and he knew what I was looking for, so we kept in contact. Not once did I get any pressure or "pitch". On the day I leased my latest Mazda CX-5. Then I had the pleasure of working with Dave the Finance Manager, turns out he used to be at my former dealership, what a small world. He had the financial end of it done in RECORD time, NOT 2 or 3 hours of trying to up sell, etc. He was fast and concise. Suffice it to say that Royal Moore now has my loyalty. They were honest, and direct and I had a lasting rapport with them from the in just emails at the beginning. They worked with me, and I got a great deal on my 2024 CX-5 and could not be happier. I can't thank John and Dave enough for their work in putting my deal together and for all the honesty, respect and integrity they showed me. “I recently had someone back into my Audi Q5 SUV. I searched for a collision repair center with good reviews and found myself at Advantage Collison Center. Chris Heinrich was my point of contact. He was excellent and showed genuine interest in getting my repairs done right and insuring that I was pleased with the outcome. Chris and his team came in on time and actually under budget from the quote I had received at the beginning. They ended up replacing a rear door on the vehicle which was where all of the damage was located. About a month after the work was done I noticed a vibration sound in the rear door when the engine idled. The sound would go away as the engine RPM went higher. Just the same it drove me crazy when I stopped at lights or stop signs and the engine idled. I called Chris and explained what was going on. He told me to bring it back in and he would take a look at it. I scheduled a time and waited in the waiting area while they tore into my door and found something that was not quite right with a part in the door. They fixed it up and had me on my way in about 40 minutes. The SUV was quiet again! No questions asked with my return trip other than an affirmation that he wanted it to be right. Now the vehicle is quiet and a joy to both look at and drive, thanks to the team at Advantage Collision. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs collision repair.”

“Awesome mechanic. I’ve had them change the clutch on my old Honda crv and it worked perfectly and they charged a very fair rate. Just now I took my truck in to get the ac compressor replaced because I thought it needed to be and they looked at it and told me it works fine and made the adjustments needed. Most mechanic would not be honest like that especially with money involved. These guys are the best.”
