“I could not be happier with this body shop. I drive a 2008 Ford Mustang and she is my baby. When I got hit by a random worker in a ceremetary they accepted fault but they totaled my car. Heitzman Body and paint put her back together. She is dang near perfect. Also the customer service there was impeccable. Even though I was annoying and I called a bunch of times to check on my baby. I couldn't be happier. If I could give them more than five stars I would! ❤❤”

“I hate playing darts with the Yellow Pages. When my car was involved in a fender-bender recently, I called some of the folks I knew that worked with autos on recommendations for body/paint work. All 3 of them (different firms) suggested Springer Body and Paint in North Plains. Aimee and Cambria and John were so easy to work with, accomodating, communicative and with ideas on how to keep costs down (private pay.) I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result (thank you John & crew) and the quality standards they adhere to. Can't see any reason to ever go anywhere else.”

“Did you think I would forget what you did to my Mazda CX7? In 2022, i brought my car into your service department for a check engine light was on. You had to order parts. I waited a little over month. The parts came in. Your test drove it. The car stopped. Started smoking, then caught fire. Destroyed the car! This information came from the Fire Department Report I obtained in October. You are not man enough to tell me what happened to the car. The Technician told the FD that the gas hose kept popping off. Kept popping off. That tells me more than once. Why are you driving a vehicle with a gas hose popping off? I remember the RM would not talk to me about what happened. So every year I write a review to remind you what you did to my car.”

“Caliber Collison had high quality and efficient service. Repairs were thorough and well done. I greatly appreciated how well they cleaned my car, they even cleaned the inside of the car. It was something that was not part of the service but made me feel like the respected me, my property, my time and they take pride in doing a good job because it is the right thing to do. They also communicated well, giving me regular updates. Everyone i spoke to was friendly and helpful.”

“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

I highly recommend Advantage Collision. Thank you Chris!”

Oscar was especially great to work with, he kept us updated and was available for questions and phone calls throughout the process. Thank you Oscar, and the whole team!”

“Awesome mechanic. I’ve had them change the clutch on my old Honda crv and it worked perfectly and they charged a very fair rate. Just now I took my truck in to get the ac compressor replaced because I thought it needed to be and they looked at it and told me it works fine and made the adjustments needed. Most mechanic would not be honest like that especially with money involved. These guys are the best.”
