Worst service ever. I came to get new tires. They got me settled for price and I paid. They then called me and said that they had the wrong tires so they had to put different ones on (cheaper which was nice) but then I got there and instead of refunding me the difference. They refunded whole transaction and then tried to recharge me transaction. There was hold on fund on my account due to the original charge. So the charge could not go through. So they then just put my old wired exposed tires back on my car for me to drive on the road.

Had an apt for 2:30pm and was 5mins early and they still took 90mins to finish the tire install. Wasted my time

Haven’t had one good experience with this tire center. I ordered tires for my car and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive only to be told that I gave them the wrong information from my car. I have two cars same make and model in their system and they put in the wrong one. I dont have the old car annymore. Even after they looked at pics of my tire info. One of the tires had a slow leak so they said they had a set in stock that were $400 more. I had no choice. After install they couldn’t find my keys and had to remember where it was parked. I get to my car and the passenger window was rolled down and it was raining. Next time I came in for a rotation. They said they checked air on the receipt but fronts are supposed to be 33psi and back are 39. When I got into my car I was getting warning bells and error message about my tires. They swapped them but didn’t check the air. Fronts were 39 and back tires were 33 - reversed. They rotated and didn’t check pressure after. Since they fill with nitrogen I had to drive back to Costco same night and wait in line to use the onsite inflators. They kid that checked me in for rotation wasn’t friendly one bit. I dread ever coming here again and I won’t unless I absolutely have to. Love Costco just not the tire center.

Ordered tires, was told they’d be one to two days to arrive, waited a week and was told they can’t figure out where they are due to a new data base. Guess I gotta somewhere else…

Pretty disappointed. I went over to the center though an open area and tried to ask a question as I was looking to purchase a set of tires. The kid who worked there ran up to me and unceremoniously directed me out. The boy was acting as though I were some hobo instead of a paying customer asking a question. This is a basic labor job but it is also customer service and basic manners are important regardless. I decided to take my business to another store as a result. I had no issue with their manager, but I wouldn't trust my car with the kids they hired.

Definitely bad service and a waste of time. They changed new tires on my car and said they did balance then but car still shaking when driving over 60 miles and even if you make an appointment they will put some folks in front of you and will make you wait around 2 hours.

I'm writing this sitting in Les Schwab where I'm purchasing 4 new tires with no sale prices.My family are HUGE Costco devotees. We buy everything we can there and trust their products and customer service. So imagine my surprise when I called and asked, "I saw a tire I'm interested in online. Can you check and see if you have it in stock?" The answerer said "We have a full shop right now. I can't help you. You can look it up online." "But I already saw it online I want to know if you have it in stock." He then goes on to say that I have to order it, they're sent a order sheet, they have to look it up, if they don't have it they find out when they can get it and then they give me a call. Really? All that and you can't just punch my info in the computer right in front of you and tell me if you have the inventory or not?Never going to go to Costco for tires or tire related services again. You gave up today's purchase of four brand new tires and the future business of this 3 car family.

This tire center will waste your time. Made a trip to the tire center desk specifically to avoid ordering incorrect tires for my car online. Had a photograph of the information from the tire to aid in tire selection. Tires were ordered and arrived the next day. Turns out the service member chose the wrong tire and those tires would have been put on my car had the technician not called my husband to verify that we wanted incorrect tires. Obtaining a refund was also difficult. Les Schwab installed the correct tires on the same day in under 2 hours.Believe the bad reviews and go to a competent shop. This shop does not live up to the Costco standards of quality service.

One star is probably way too much.Costco Tire Center provides a terrible service. They make you feel like they are doing a favor, instead of actually treating you like a customer. Same-day appointments are nearly impossible to get unless you are an early bird. If they don't have the bandwidth to satisfy demand, they should consider hiring more people instead of pushing customers away.This specific area affects overall Costco's image. We pay for a membership that offers usable services, not for charity.

1 is not low enough.I brought my brand new vehicle with 4k miles to this facility to swap out my pilot sport cup 2s to the pilot sport 4s tires. (Track to road tires) and when the did the wheel swap they decided to scrape up the inner wheel wall on my rims giving it a few very noticeable deep marks through the metal finish. They did this to remove the old wheel weights. I only noticed this because i got a wabble while driving and noticed that 2 of the tires have already had wheel weights (installed by costco) fall off. I bought new weight and found this when putting an extra wheel weight back on this front left tire. I will never return to this shop. I have a 70k sports car and maybe the tech was having a bad day or hated my car, im not sure. But this is not acceptable on any level. And I wish I had noticed this the day of the tire swap and not this late. One last note, they didn't remove all of the old sticky residue from the previous wheel weights either. Just looks like they used a flat head screw driver and sliced up my rim. Thanks for awful service guys.

Hi. Yes, it is me Bodie again at Costco. I will be completing another shopping list. Not sure what else to say. The workers are always very nice and the store very clean. I feel as if I do not have much more to say than that:-)

Great Costco!Location was good, found a parking space easily.The staff were helpful. All Good!This review is also for their optical department. My daughter really liked the doctor who gave her the eye exam for her new contacts. And the support staff were both very attentive and efficient!
