Came to get phone set up on ACP at 6:20 and the store was closed. Hours state open til 7! Called and voicemail stated the hours open til 7 yet no one is there and the lights are all off

I felt very well taken care of here. It took a bit of time to fill out application but the assistant manager was very patient and kind. I forgot my reading glasses and was slower than I ever thought possible. He made sure to check on me in between other customers as it was a very busy afternoon.

The phones they sell are slow and frustrating to use. I bought a moto g 5 stylus and it continues to crash and not work due to software issues. I called and asked for a refund and was told they would not provide it. Basically don't waste your money here .

Was very dissatisfied with my visit to Cricket in Aloha. I originally purchased my phone and service at Cedar Hills Blvd but they have since closed. Aloha store had some phones displayed on one side and some more phones displayed on the other side of room. No names or descriptions/features or pricing of any of their phones to compare. The clerk carried a clipboard with pricing only on it for their phones. As a present customer I am eligible for top up phone which should be cheaper pricing but wasn't offered a discount on their phones. I'm looking elsewhere for my next phone.

The 5 star is for Angela. She listen to me and did her best to solve my problems, she knew what she was doing. I was disappointed about the rest of the staff and customers service, they don't have enough knowledge and it shows, a total waist of time.Thanks you Angela for being professional, sweet and awesome! 1. They added a monthly fee (Cricket Protect) to my purchase of a new phone without asking.2. They charged $44.99 for a glass screen protector. The same screen protector is available at Cricket.com for $14.99 and from the manufacturer for $19.99.3. They do not accept returns on accessories at all, even unused in the box.4. The salesperson didn’t understand how to sell a phone without immediately stopping service on the phone it will be replacing (the manager was able to do it).Overall a totally negative experience. We have 5 phones on this account. I will not go to this store again for any other phones or accessories.

The worker tried her best, but she just didn't know what she was doing. I'm sure it varies with who is working that day- I've had pretty good service from Cricket overall.
