My girlfriend and I recently needed to rent a car due to her car getting backed into while parked (thank god they left a note).
I initially selected an intermediate sized car from the Aloha location on Shaw St next to Classic Collision (conveniently located next to the very highly recommended shop we chose). When we got there, Brandon had our Nissan Altima all gassed up and ready. On the way over, my girlfriend mentioned that she wanted to drive an SUV so I asked Brandon if that was possible. He didn’t skip a beat and said it was no problem, but we would need to wait 15-20 minutes to get the vehicle from the main office. Then he said we could have the Jeep Sahara that had just been fueled up and washed. He had us take a look and my girlfriend liked it so we took it (hopefully it wasn’t meant for someone else now that I about it).
I’m sure it wasn’t, but I drove it like I was taking my first born home from the hospital lol. It was a very nice hybrid vehicle and I drive a 2008 Toyota Corolla so you can imagine how different it was.
Brandon was awesome. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was extremely professional and patient. We will definitely be going back to that location again, but hopefully not for the same reason!

We set up an appointment to get a car through my insurance and requested that we get a small car. I told them that we only needed a small car not the huge SUVs they were trying to get us into. Since they couldn’t get our $50/day that our insurance covers getting us into a big vehicle they never called us.
Update: was asked to send information about our reservation so that they can look into the issue…still never got a call back.

My brother in law rented a car from here last week. He showed up for his reservation at 9 am and the response was “I see your reservation but we don’t have a car for you”. It seems they are excellent at taking the reservation but not consistent in the holding of the reservation. Rent at your own risk.

I had a fabulous experience being served by Girish Chummun, who was exceptionally friendly, respectful, and clear in his communication. His true concern about my family and our car rental experience was palpable; he absolutely went out of his way to ensure our needs were met and questions answered. He also took care to explain in lucid terms everything we needed to know about the process of renting a car via insurance due to ours being in the auto repair shop. I also witnessed him offering the same clarity and courtesy to other customers. I highly recommend Girish and would not hesitate to contact him in the future if I ever need a local rental car again. Hire more people like this one, please!

Waited in the front office for more than ten minutes with no help called the phone number and nobody answered. Would not use this service willingly.
