My son has been at this KinderCare for the past 2 years. I love the Director and Site Director! They both always kept us in the loop and notified us of any changes. Their teachers are amazing! His teachers always kept us up to speed on how he was doing and were always available to answer our questions. When my son was in speech therapy, they found a way to do it at the school and were able to accommodate so he had the space to do it. Words can't express the love and gratitude we have for our Farmington KinderCare!!

Words do not do Farmington KinderCare in Aloha, OR justice. The teachers are amazing and each child is treated with care. My son has been attending for three years now and he absolutely loves the school - from the teachers to the students. The teachers are so passionate about each student and want to see them excel. The teachers are truly invested in the students. This center has an environment of kindness, responsibility and leadership. The teachers are engaging, lively and energetic. They are patient and encouraging. I have never worried about my son while he’s under their care and guidance. He has learned so much such as writing skills and speaking with full sentences. They are so great about sharing updates, pictures and videos via the KinderCare app.Farmington KinderCare in Aloha, OR is a great environment with a very welcoming atmosphere.Great School, Greater Teachers!

My daughter enjoys the school and the staff is very polite. I have, however, had some issues with this location specifically which are my reason for dropping a couple of stars. My daughter was told to wait thirty minutes to use the restroom, which we know can lead to infection and/or accidents. When I brought it up to the staff they informed me they don’t allow bathroom breaks during nap time. That’s not a good enough reason to tell a child to wait thirty minutes. The first week they were persistent in making sure I provided a mask (even when she’d come home without it) and then I’d see in the photos that other children weren’t wearing their masks. They don’t allow my daughter to have her stuffed animal during nap time, which she uses for comfort because of some emotional attachment we’ve been working through. Lastly, after closing the center for ten days (rightfully so due to COVID) I brought her back and they requested she be seen by a doctor for her cough. Although I knew it was due to the weather change since we recently moved from California, I was happy to take her in anyway. After the doctors visit I provided the staff with her negative test results and informed them of what the doctor advised and that she was allowed to return to care. The staff then told me I needed a doctors note. They certainly could have mentioned that prior to the visit. Maybe consider going elsewhere since this company costs nearly the same as rent and continues to find reasons to keep the children at home. I know they believe they’re just doing their jobs but it makes things much more difficult on me as a single parent, new to the area, and still looking for work. I hope this is helpful to anyone looking for care.

This happened a few years ago in 2019 (0I believe) but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I did not like my experience here. The director at the time was very condenseding and prejudice to me based on the way she talked to me and the questions she asked. She was unhelpful and came across as if she didn't us there.

The staff does a wonderful job caring for, and teaching my child. They are very helpful in answering questions when I have them and offering advice when asked, especially around unexpected behavior issues that may not be as obvious at home.

My 8-month-old has been at Kindercare since she was about 2.5 months. The infant room teachers are great, I love the reports each day about what she did, and they actually do educational activities like crafts, etc (I had no idea how you could do activities with such tiny babies when we started!).

We were originally scared away by the tuition costs, but after a terrible experience with the less expensive daycare center we settled for, we transferred our 5 month old daughter to the Farmington KinderCare and it’s been a blessing. The lovely ladies in the infant room are caring, experienced, and welcoming. KinderCare is much more strict following state regulations than our last daycare so I feel like our daughter is safe and well looked after. We get detailed notes about what our baby did that day, and she comes home from daycare well fed and well rested. The staff follows your instructions to a T, and if they have any concerns or questions, they COMMUNICATE with you. I can call and the director or assistant director will answer the phone, and my emails are usually responded to in under an hour. KinderCare is on top of it and it’s totally worth the price to have mature, knowledgeable, and caring people take care of your baby.

My child has been coming here since he was 10 months! I have had such a great experience with all the staff and management. They truly care about the well being of the children! They are not just a daycare they actually teach your children. My child is now 5 and is recognizes all his letters. He writes his name perfectly now. Some of His classmates are even reading and doing math. He is going to kindergarten in September and I truly feel I made the right choice by bringing him here to prepare him!
