Someone from corporate needs to call me or reach out to me. My name in the system is under Shannon W. Brandy was FANTASTIC, but Pamela I believe her name was needs to be FIRED. She made my experience there AWFUL and harassed ME and Brandy while Brandy was trying to complete my hair cut. Pamela is extremely unprofessional. She refused me service because she “couldn’t do it” when I wanted a pretty simple hair cut, so she passed me off to Brandy then was mad at me that I was there til after 7. I got there an hour before closing and was on the list since 5:30pm. It was the worst experience of my life. Brandy was amazing and handled it extremely professionally. SHE needs to be the manager. I’ve managed grooming salons before (different I know) but if one of my stylists treated a customer and employee the way Pamela did she would be fired immediately. Pamela repeatedly interrupted my hair cut extremely rudely while brandy was trying to finish my hair cut. Over and over and over. Someone needs to handle Pamela. PERIOD. She is going to destroy this great clips.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE, felonious treatment of an old disabled man and his service animal
I have been a loyal customer of great clips on Farmington road
Beaverton Oregon for over 25 years. I was treated very poorly by manager on duty in last six months, Today I went in for a haircut and the employee Nichole started to cut my hair, I had dealt with her once before and found her to have terrible customer service skills, she had no ability to interact with me at all, barely even said hello, skip forward to today and i went in and was going to ask for someone else but instead gave her a second chance to be nice, when i asked her to trim my sideburns she then cut them all off. I commented that i was not happy and she tore my black cape off me and said for no reason that i needed to prove to her with paperwork that my clearly marked service animal was registered I told her had never been made to prove this before and why didn't you ask me when i walked and why she waited only after the middle of cutting my hair to prove this, now.she became angry and started yelling at me for no reason then i told her it was against my legal rights to be grilled about the issue and she could only ask if my dog was a service animal.
I decided at this point to walk away from her aggression and talk to another employee that knew me from many years of my patronage. As I walked away Nichole accused me of trying to leave without
paying , (further trying to slander my character)something I have never been accused of in over 25 years as a customer.
The middle aged Asian lady offered to finish my hair cut and proceeded to do so and spent
the next ten minutes apologizing for nicholes outrage and harassment to me.
Then Nichole started to cut another mans hair and all the time laughing and belittling me and my
service animals, The I asked repeatedly to stop doing this, she continued to laugh out load
and belittle when I said I am a veteran and my dog helps me cope with anger like hers
she continued to laugh and the man also started to berate me several times I asked him to mind his own business as this was not his issue three separate times he responded “your right I should not get involved.” even tough he kept berating me along with Nicholes outbursts. Once again the very kind long standing employee of Asian decent apologized to me repeatedly as she had seen me as a customer for years and knew I was always a gentleman. I threatened to call police and was laughed at repeatedly in front of other patrons. The brown haired manager just stood there and said nothing because
she knew nichole was way way way out of line. I finally paid and left to call police.
I sat in my car and wept for 30 minutes until I could compose myself and leave safely
in my car.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO TREATED BADLY BY A GREAT CLIPS CUSTOMER IN MY WHOLE LIFE THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. AND OWNERS DID NOTHING TO CONTACT ME TO APOLOGIZE

They don’t work with curly hair at all, it was supposed to be a trim like a good 3 inches off. They cut off a whole foot off of my long hair and laughed about other experiences with customers that experienced the same long to short hair cut.

I just called to find out how long of a wait it was for a hair cut and the woman on the phone was absolutely rude. Even my kid thought she sounded rude. He couldn't hear me initially on the phone and had the worst attitute about it... she sounded conpletely put out by the fact I called and asked. turned me off immediately Pretty sure it's the same lady who butchered his hair last time and refused to listen to anything I said and all she had to say was I dont do It that way. I won't be going to this great clips anymore... very unfortunate since its 5 mins from my house.

Got a haircut here and I couldn’t be happier! The place has a friendly and welcoming vibe. The staff are professional, easy to talk to, and really know what they’re doing. I Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great haircut and a great experience!

As a long standing customer and neighbor I was absolutely appalled at what myself and my little boy witnessed yesterday.
While waiting for our turn for a simple haircut turned into the most outrageous sight and sound we have ever had the unpleasant experience to witness, watching a older disabled man and his quiet trained service animal with full harness and patches showing his credentials. after telling his stylist very quietly that he did not ask for his sideburns to be completely removed but yet just shortened
his rude stylist ripped off his protective cape and proceeded to chastise him and demand proof of registration of said animal all out of spite, he nicely informed this woman (Nicole) that it was against his rights to have to show proof or justify the animals support, Then laughed at him when he told her it was from war ptsd was the reason he had animal, he also asked her why he wasn't asked this when he entered facility or before haircut started.
Then when he started to try and walk away from her harassment she accused him of trying to leave without payment which he very obviously was not, but yet only trying to get away from her harassment belittlement and slandering his character. After all of that then the young woman with black hair offered to finish haircut because she obviously knew he was a decades loyal patron. all the while the rude woman Nicole proceeded to laugh and belittle the kind old man in front of the guy she was now working on, we heard multiples times the nice black haired lady profusely apologizing to him for her actions and the belittlement, at that time the manager just stood there giving the poor old guy stink eye for what reason ???. We should have called the police for the harassment and did not. when he was done and clearly shaken with tears and sorrow in his eyes he thanked the black haired lady tipped her and left quietly followed by more b.s. talk about him for several minutes all along laughing her head off about his war pain. We then left and wil never return several potential customer came and left also.
As a beaverton city council and commerce board member i will be reporting this business to higher ups and BBB.
HOW DARE YOU TREAT A VETERAN SO POORLY?

I recently took my child to Great Clips, and I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The staff was unprofessional, and the attitude toward kids was especially troubling. The stylist seemed irritated and rushed throughout the entire haircut, which made my child feel uncomfortable. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this location.

I have taken my kids here for .I can't even remember how long. Long enough that when the kids get their cuts, they already have their notes & numbers and they don't even have to ask me! UNTIL TODAY.. Sunday December 15th at 1:40pm. Two gentlemen and a young lady running the store. I checked in on line for myself and my two boys AS ALWAYS. It showed myself+2. I should have known better when the first guy asked me what style I wanted for my son even though he read the numbers. So I kindly asked, are there notes or numbers and he said yes. So I simply stated, then we'll go with that. Another gentleman comes in who doesn't speak English very well and is talking to the young lady about the haircut that he would like and checking in. It seems to throw her off a bit because she becomes a bit frustrated and is kind of rude to him. She then carries on cleans up her station and goes ahead and calls him next. I was a little confused at that point, but then I figured maybe she didn't want to do my haircut cuz the other two gentlemen had already started us and left it at that.The second gentleman comes running in apologizing for some reason and grabs my second son. He then gets him in the chair and ask what style he wanted. I asked him to please go by the notes that were on my son's account. He didn't bother to look and instead stated there were no notes. This kind of threw me off, because I am not a barber or hair stylist and I do not know numbers or styles lol So, I said he would basically take the same haircut as his brothers with just a little bit more length on top. At this point I'm starting to notice a ring around my first son's head that isn't blended in at all. As I go to approach about this, my second son is done already ( hardly anything but at all) lol So then I politely ask the first gentleman, to please blend the bowl around my son's head. The lady, still seaming a bit frustrated is still talking short & rude to the nice guy getting the haircut. The first gentleman finally gets done and they go to cash me out. NOPE don't even care they skipped my haircut... I'll go back when the regular crew is back. What a bummer🖤
