I had new tires placed and brakes at a different Les Swab however on my way to Beaverton for a meeting; I started to get TPMS error. I stopped my this Les Swab and they took care of it for me within minutes! Great customer service! Thank you!

Tyler at this location is amazing! I had tires that were way too large for my car and caused a bad turn radius and constant rubbing in my wheel well and was unable to get it resolved by the person that recommended/completed the work. Tyler took extra time to inspect my car himself and problem solve options that would resolve my issue. He was so respectful of my time and understanding of my frustrations with the previous work done. Thank you so much for fixing my car and making me enjoy driving it again!

Had a great experience. Employee knows that all great businesses depend on relationships of trust and confidence with their customers. I gather that they know that I am a 41-year Schwab customer and they can count on me for about $400 in seasonal changeovers every year, and many, many, many $1000 sets of tires.

I needed a alignment done after I replace the inner & outer tie rod on my 01 Cadillac Deville. I went online and scheduled an appointment for a couple days later at les schwab on shaw in aloha. It went smooth and they started on my car almost immediately (and i was 20 min early). I waited in the lobby area and it was clean show room and the coffee was OK. They were fast and before I got bored they were finished, I payed and was on my way. I was very pleased with the whole experience and the price was fair and no surprise extra charges of any sort.

Exceptional service! I went in the morning to fix a tire and the team member that helped me was courteous and very efficient. I had to be at work in 20 minutes and I asked him to fix the tire as fast as he can and he did that. I'm extremely grateful and I would recommend this location to anyone. I'm definitely coming back when I need other services done. Thank you so much!

I came with a flat tire and figured out the repair is complementary for their customers.
The waiting area is spacious and cozy, with free coffee and wifi. I was able to cover some work activities while waiting for the repair.

The tech at this place faild on letting us know what was required to change out in our vehicle. Once we left from getting our car aligned, the car kept pulling, and steering was still cricket. Went to get a second opinion and brought the car back to get aligned once the repair was done, and they wanted to re charge to get it re-aligned.
