Hilda at this location clearly did not know what she was doing when attempting to get my wife and I set up to transfer from them to T-Mobile. Not only did she not know the process, but she incorrectly put information in for us to be able to get transferred over. She didn't double-check with us on the spelling of an email which has caused a monster of a headache. This has been one issue after another. I highly recommend any and everybody not work with Metro Mobile or any person at this location. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I bought a new phone went home set up everything notice the phone wasn't responding well apps that were not compatible with a phone every time I try to open a app app will shut down and say it's not responding I updated the phone updated the apps still nothing so I took it back the next day not even 24 hours and I can't even get my money back they didn't even give me a receipt. Management said they would call me had me waiting all day and never got a phone call back .. I was told by other metro stores this Metro on tv highway is the worst. Where is my 14-day policy rights. I was sold a phone that doesn't respond well

Extremely rude. So me and my wife we're trying to go and get a problem solved. we're trying to pay are phone bill which we can't do due to the fact that cash app wants a verification code unfortunately both me and my wife are unable to receive these due to the phones off. And the only way to pay the phone bill is if I can transfer the money to my card. So when I was trying to explain all this to the lady behind the counter she was very rude about it unhelpful didn't want to bother cuts me off in the middle of me trying to explain the situation and she proceeds with well then just pay your bill then I was trying to explain that we can't due to the phones being off and we need a verification code and she proceeds to tell me well then just go to the bank. I never knew cash app had a bank so at this point I knew there was no getting any help from her if you guys run into her don't bother you're better off calling customer service or going somewhere else she has long black hair with red lipstick and she was there around 1:40 with her kid in the back room. how professional is that. P.s. Metro I know you're going to send me a message apologizing because your store was not meeting your standards. So why don't you just say it so we both save some time and do what everybody else wants you to do. go down to that store and keep your employees on check and tell them to actually do their jobs and help customers and not just blame them

So I called customer service today to cancel my girlfriends extra line that I had on my account. The customer service lady made a mistake and cancelled my line. I went down to the metro store on TV highway by Safeway and the store manager Bianca was able to fix the problem and get my service restored.
She was extremely helpful and a lifesaver. Her customer service was beyond a five Star rating and deserves a damn raise. Thanks for saving the Bianca

They were AMAZING! After being told at the store on Cedar Hills blvd that they were charging me $37 and their reason was that it was because they "had to charge $25 but could charge $50 if they wanted to!" We came to this location and were helped out by Bianca who was so sweet and showed us how to do the exact same thing for FREE! It was an all around great experience here and we will be coming back to this location for all our future business with Metro! Thank you so much!

I don't know what's going on with the account but half the time I have no Internet only when I'm at hom e picking up my Wi-Fi from home I don't understand it sometimes I have it most of the time I don't they tell me it's my phone but how do I how do I find out

Came in on Sunday at 12:30 to transfer my phone line to my new phone the lady said she couldn't do it? I went to the metro PC's location in cedar hills and they did what I asked within 30 seconds.

I just want to say that the Manager at this location goes WAY above and beyond any expectation that I ever would have expected. Her name is Katie, and after spending my lunchbreak in the store attempting to resolve an ongoing issue for the past 4 days, Katie attempted to work with Customer Service on my behalf. Customer Service was NOT willing to budge on a fee that should not have been charged to me in the first place. Asking someone to pay a fee for an in store mistake, is beyond comprehension. Katie knowing my situation and the lack of Customer Service being pro by the CSRep. OBVIOUSLY READING OUT OF A BOOK, PAID THAT FEE FOR ME. IN MY BOOK THATS NOT RIGHT! I DID ASK KATIE FOR HER Dm's # so I could share the experience w/him. I did call him and it is my hope that Katie is reimbursed for that fee she paid for me Robert, (DM) Thank you for taking my call and patiently listening tomy story. I can see why both of you are in the managerial field.. Thank you Katie for being that listening ear and spending all that time w/a book reading CS rep. You Rock, and I will be checking back w/you to see if you were reimbursed.Aloha, Kelly
