Due to a household emergency in March of 2021, we needed to store of all our home contents.
We appreciated the 10 different sized units and the security of our worldly possessions. Having an on-site manager that lives on the premises gave us a sense of security.
After a period of storage, I had to then downsize. When I had to work by myself, I knew I had access to immaculate bathrooms and a staff member that cared about my safety as I worked and the schedule of the clearing of the dumpsters. They were always well maintained.
We concluded our business in September of 2024, and Bert Nyembo could not have been more helpful and pleasant in easing the transition including facilitating the disposal of large items.
During one of the most difficult times in our lives, we have had our needs listened to with nothing but respect, expertise, and given solutions to the issues we had.
As another customer wrote, “keep doing exactly what you are doing and I will continue to recommend your business and location to anyone and everyone in need of a storage facility”.
Every Christmas they send out a box of chocolates to their clients and those chocolates are the best. ??”

“My husband and I were preparing for a DIY move from NE to AZ. A friend of ours drives for North American Van Lines and encouraged me to call Lile and get some information. I spoke with Sarah and peppered her with questions. My move wasn't typical, I'm downsizing and only part of my household goods were making the trip. Sarah assured me we could customize the transport to suit our needs. I would be doing the packing and North American was sending a driver and movers. My driver, Jeff and the movers, Ron and Juan are from Omaha. I had my boxes ready to go, and there were only 6 or 7 pieces of furniture making the move. They handled my furniture with kid gloves, everything was blanketed and handled with care. As the last of the boxes were loaded I walked out to the truck and checked out how it was packed in there. Jeff has everything stabilized and I felt so good knowing it was in good hands. Upon delivery, everything was perfect, not a scratch, no breakage (I did my job well, too!) and I would highly recommend reaching out for an estimate if you're thinking of a DIY move. Between renting a UHaul, loading, making the drive, fueling the truck, Plus needing to drive (fuel) our own vehicle so we'd have something to drive, unloading, etc... This cost very little more than the expenses we would have incurred with a total DIY move and we were stress free and didn't have to do any heavy lifting! Easy Peasy and worth every penny!!”
