It's a napa it's neither good nor bad it just is. They have or can find most parts for all.types of machines. They have a great cross reference system that is probably the most helpful.

Today a young white man named Adahy employee number 576 was rude to my father. He was very unprofessional and was a complete ahole. Other workers just let him act that way. He was just trying to exchange his car battery charger he just purchased.

I love coming to this NAPA, they are always able to help with outstanding service for anything I need. Ricky was especially helpful with the purchase of my new wiper blades. He even offered and insisted to come out and install them for me! 10/10 recommend this NAPA

Staff is super chill and knowledgeable, sometimes I just walk the aisle aimlessly, trying to get the screaming in my head to to quiet, even if just brief blissful moment. Their $5 box of wipe-all knockoff paper towels is a really great value!

We went here to get new wiper blades and Mark Fischer behind the counter was helpful and treated us like VIPs, helping us find everything and replacing our wiper blades in our Odyssey. Thanks for the excellent service!

Mark Fischer was incredibly polite and helpful. He helped us find the wiper blades we needed and helped put them on for our Odyssey. We are new to Oregon and he exemplified the kindness we have grown to live in this state. Definitely will use this location for parts and hope Mark is behind the counter.

Attentive helpful and skilled staff are there and happy to assist. Online orders can be picked up at this location. Unique Automotive Novelties can be found near check out. This location can be a little tricky to get to because of Street directions but it is off Shaw Street running parallel to TV Highway. Fast online order filling. But must be picked up by person making order unless otherwise specified, they will check your ID too.
