Went to get some car oil. Passed by one of the workers and said, How you doing? as a simple human gesture no Response. Just laughed ?? Your better of driving down to Auto Zone.

The store manager has a horrible attitude with customers. She takes your order but doesn't send it. She does it on purpose, spending 2.5 hours waiting for an order that she never processed and 12 minutes waiting for her to pick up the phone. Even when they don't have that many customers in the store, since it's not their first time, she always does this when she's in charge of commercial accounts. I'm going to shop elsewhere. When they have a new manager, let me know and I'll come back to continue shopping.

Extremely bad customer service after various phone calls trying to get two parts. Had mixed information twice with an extremely rude woman over the phone.. Even after said conversations, I called later to speak to another associate because of my sheer frustration of this woman and see if there was another competent person to help my situation, it seemed as if they had, but when I went to pick up my parts, they might as well been from the most extremely wrong vehicle you could ever imagine. This entire interaction cost me almost $400 of my time. (Not a purchase). Now still left with no running vehicle, no part, no solution, and back to finding a part.

I went at 9 pm and got a battery replaced, went back the next day because of a minor issue with the battery and they swapped it right there.

This time I write very very dissatisfied with the service provided by a person called GENIE, very poorly educated, bad attention and I am sure that I am not the only one, please take action on the matter, it is not just 1 client, there are several of us who went through this situation! Be careful, very bad attention!! Careful

The guy on phone said they had mud flaps for my truck, when I got there, they did not have mud flaps for my truck. Tried to bait and switch me. However napa auto parts on evergreen Rd. Had what I needed and wanted.

Kinda live here or at Auto Zone. It's like potato or potatto, and one store may have more detail products, for example, but the other is good for tool rental and antifreeze. O'Reilly's tends to have high-quality employees who actually gaf and have solid advice and insight on troubleshooting mystery car/ truck issues. As well as real-world advice on a variety of topics. Just ask!

In this area you have advance auto parts AutoZone and Napa all within about a mile but if you want OEM parts I wouldn't waste your time going anywhere else. Also cain works here and he's nice.

Needed new headlights so I went down and got new ones (figured which I needed from their easy to use website) and although I had to wait a few minutes due to the store getting slammed, one of the workers was able to quickly switch out both headlights.
