Christine is amazing! Not only is she sharp and quick to problem solve, she Is Sincere and Professional And I am so grateful to her during very difficult years where my things had to remain in storage. Not only was she instrumental in making sure that I kept my property through clear communication, she was there for me until the very end when I was finally able To retrieve my things. There was a problem with the elevator at a different location, and several of us were unable To access the property, I was there with a moving truck ready to load on a tight Timeline, I was able to get a hold of Christine and within seconds she had everyone in motion Sending rescue to allow us to enter the facility and get our things! She goes above and beyond and I will never forget Her kindness and sincerity. Public Storage must be very proud to have someone like Christine working for them! She gives them a good name! I am so grateful for her!

I was in jail when I was moved into the unit, 10x30 everything I owned moved into storage by friends and anyone willing to help I got out May 1st and proceeded to help finish loading my storage with my friends moving in there the lady that works at Public Storage took it upon herself to come and introduce yourself to me while she proceeded to yell and scream at me about having cigarettes on the property warn me two or three times now and she was going to write me up for it well I had just got out of jail that day I had not been warned about anything and I explained that to her and she said okay she's sorry and she will not be writing me up for it well I got written up for it and now I am being terminated and was on restricted hours and now I have been access denied and I have one day to move all my stuff out by the end of the month

I’ve used many storage facilities. Security and friendly onsite staff has always been big on my list . Also ease of access. This property offers all of these. Since Christine has been the face of this facility it has only improved. Clean, secure and the best customer service I could ask for. Could fresh brewed coffee and doughnuts improve this review??? Maybe we should find out. Thank you for keeping my items safe with a smile.
