I give them two stars because the employees in the store and the pharmacy are generally wonderful. The management and the corporation itself is indifferent to customer satisfaction. I sent an email to the local manager and got no reply; I sent an actual letter to the corporate headquarters and got no reply--clearly the people who run Rite Aid don't care about their customers.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this pharmacy. Prescriptions are not filled on time and the staff is rude, zero accountability, zero empathy that a person may need this prescription in a timely manner, complete disorganization.

The pharmacists seem to hate their job and their patients. They suggested I find another pharmacy because they are so busy.

I'd long wondered, looking at this place from outside, whether it was even still open. Windows all covered up, can't see inside, no OPEN sign. Now I see reasons why it might not be for long. Came in to buy some cold medicine and was told that they had to scan my ID. Not look at it (was okay with that) but scan it.That's about fifty times no. They have zero need or reason to scan your ID. If I'd had more time, I could probably have called for a manager. As it was, the clerk said she could not sell it to me if I wouldn't let her scan the ID. I said fine, then I'll get it at the competition, which is what happened. We normally do our grocery shopping at the new Basics here, so if this store were well stocked and didn't have a policy of this sort, we might go here more often. That'll be a nope. I kind of wonder if it's owned by the same folks who own the one on Allen and Murray, which is not my idea of a pleasant place. In any case, there are better drugstores. This one just isn't needed.

Echoing recent reviews below. The pharmacy never picks up the phone, and they have picked up to hang up and not respond to calls before. I received texts that my prescription was ready, called and could not get a response, and waited in the usual long line. By the time I got to the front, the tech and pharmacist said it was not filled and they didn't think they even had the medication in stock. Horrible customer service, and a major change from years ago.

I've contacted Rite Aid Customer Support twice now. Once through the chat version on their website and secondly through their online complaint form. Both times I was promised a return phone call within five business days. Both times it didn't happen. I can only conclude that Rite Aid doesn't care about their customers. Shop with caution at this business. I'll be down the street at Walgreens.

I dread going to the pharmacy here. Let me first say, the actual pharmacist who seems to be working here all the time is fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. So what's the problem? This pharmacy is always WAY understaffed. Although they have two cash registers there is usually only one cashier and many people in line. I know that staffing is difficult these days, but if these places would actually pay a decent wage that problem would resolve itself. Second, for some reason, every time I come here half the people in line in front of me have some sort of "issue" with their prescription and they wind up spending 10 minutes with the single cashier. This is precisely why they really, really need two cashiers at all times; to keep the line moving. Third, it is impossible to actually reach anyone at this pharmacy by phone. And it really stinks to wait in line 20 minutes only to finally get to the cashier and learn the script you called in 3 days ago still isn't ready. That's precisely why I tried to call! To ensure it was ready, and that I wouldn't be waiting in line for no reason. (They have an automated system to check this, but for some reason it rarely works. Sometimes I get a text telling me it's ready and sometimes I don't. Go figure. And BTW, why IS the script I called in 3 days ago still not ready?? Especially when I declared on the phone I'd be picking it up the next day?? Arghhhh!!!)I think I'm done with this Rite Aid. Seriously, I just don't have 20+ minutes to burn - along with all the hassles - every time I need to pick up a prescription. And most of the problems here are easily solvable if management actually had any desire to do so.I'd recommend going elsewhere. Might as well anyway. Rite Aid isn't doing so hot and I suspect this location will be closed within a year in any regard.

We would love to use this pharmacy because it is only minutes from our house but they consistently don't have the prescription ready or in stock and it takes multiple visits and calls to get the order in. We gave them multiple chances and keep going back hoping they can figure it out but they can't. We are moving our main pharmacy to the one off 185th and Cornell. Very frustrating experience.

I have not used the pharmacy here, this review is only about the front end. Sometimes I stop by after work to pick up necessities since it is right on my way home. It takes...so...long... to check out. I mean, they can have 3 registers open, with only a few people in line and you are still looking at a 5+ minute wait. Then when you get to check out and the item rings up wrong and you ask for the price listed on the shelf, they laugh at you like you are petty. I will look for some place else to stop at in the future.
