“It happens to the best of us, at one point or another. I have a vehicle stuck somewhere and need to get it somewhere else. My brush with inevitability came early on a frosty late November morning and we found our old Honda Odyssey (21 years old as of this writing) starting up in our driveway with a blinking check engine light and super-rough idle. I know just the mechanic to fix this (see my 2011 review for Brock Automotive), but--that mechanic happens to be 19 miles away from my disabled vehicle. Enter Fox Towing. I told them I needed a tow from my house to the shop in Beaverton, it's "not particularly urgent, I'm not at the side of the road or anything." He arrived pretty quickly, about 3 hours, and got the van up on the truck in about twenty minutes. I got a call a half hour later that the vehicle was being unloaded at the shop. I barely needed to move a muscle (well, I guess I got up to answer the door...) and the car was safely in the shop at around the 4 hour mark. All this for a very reasonable price. Great experience. Definitely keeping their number in my contacts list.”

Our family had an emergency situation, Fawad went absolutely above and beyond to help us, and only thanks to his assistance and compassion were we able to help our grade school aged kiddo feel safe and secure as quickly as we did. He arrived in a fraction of the time that Roadside Assistance had quoted, which as a parent I appreciated so much because my first goal was to help my child/get home as quickly as possible <3 He reached out via phone while on his way so that we could confirm our location, this was so appreciated. Our specific roadside assistance need ended up being different than we'd thought, and Fawad was patient and did not even for a moment make us feel bad about the confusion (even though it added more time to his service call with us). Our family ended this unexpected adventure being reminded that there really are kind and caring people in this world-- Fawad, we appreciate you!!”

“I took my van in because the fan was no longer working to defrost or heat. They quickly got me in. They called with the estimate and with no pressure, shared about another issue my van was dealing with (power steering) and told me how much it would cost to fix that issue. I talked to my husband and decided to have both things fixed and they did it and returned my van. All this was same day! This was such a positive experience. I highly recommend.”

“My Tesla Model 3 broke down due to the faulty 12 volt battery or some other issue but since it is out of its comprehensive warranty they would not set up towing. I called ProTow and someone picked up quickly and sent out a truck with an eta of 20 min. 20min later and the truck arrived. I had was pulled away to handle another issue, and the truck waited. Once I got to the car, the driver at ProTow was able to jump the car so I could unplug the charging cable. The driver quickly put the rear wheels on dollies and we were on our way to the Tesla service center. The driver walked me to the Tesla service counter and made the perfect handoff. I would recommend them to anyone!”
