I legally changed my name recently and I'd been dreading going to the bank to update my account. I've been using US Bank for a long time, and I've never felt so welcome and well taken care of as I did today. Leslie is fantastic, warm, and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Sad. This WAS my bank. First location opening an account and deposit my first check. Now they just don't care. Drive through never open and no staff. I'm first in line but they have on banker and bank leadership. Both talking way to much personal with their customers.

I have had the most positive experience in this branch. They are very kind, courteous, and recommened products that have benefited me. Have always gone above and beyond. If I could give then more stars I would!

Update: The business owners response to me was to go online instead of into a branch. Instead of addressing the actual issue here of an employee placing a lunch order in front a long line of customers vs helping them you share with me that I can go online? Clearly this bank does not care for the customers needs or the inappropriate behavior of their employees. I couldn't go online because I was turning in change. But thanks for the unnecessary and unhelpful response. Just left this location after standing in a line of 6 people for over 5 minutes while we all had to listen to an employee sitting at a desk in the middle of the lobby placed a lunch order on the phone for everyone there. How distasteful! We left and will not be returning to this location again. If you have a line of customers waiting it shouldn't have to be said that you should hold off on placing your lunch order and instead help the customers first!

3/10 would not recommend.I've been with this bank for a long time and have only needed the basic, deposit, credit, and spend functions. I got married 3 years ago, so wanted to put my wife on my account, and get myself a better credit card. Instead of signing me up, they signed my wife up for the credit card, which then for whatever reason got flagged for fraud and rejected putting a ding on my wife's credit. When she later called asking about the bank account, they told her that she wasn't on the account and refused to give her any information. We then got annoyed and opened up a joint Chase account instead. Now one year later a US Bank debit card arrives with my wife's name on it.

This branch has really turned into one of the worst! They already don't open until 11am on Thursday's, but apparently it's asking too much of the staff to stay open until 5pm like they're supposed to! Other reviews confirm that this is an ongoing problem. The staff just looked at myself and another gentleman when we tried to open the locked doors at 5 till 5pm. In that time, another customer pulled up asking if they closed early AGAIN! Talk about not caring about your job or the people who make sure you have one in the first place! When I get back from my trip out of the country that they just complicated, I will be moving all of my accounts elsewhere for the first time in 40 years. So disappointed in this branch that I've been coming to for the past 17 years!

This Bank seems to have a lot of problems it says it's open but when you go to the door the door is locked and it says on Thursdays not open till 11:00 not only that they also have issues with US Bank holding and checks that they should not be holding and put in charges on accounts that should not be put on due to their holds that they themselves have charged and then reversed

U.S. Bank is absolutely shady trash. Opened an account here since I moved to Oregon from out of state. Was told by the banker to just write checks from my old account to my new account until my disability check direct deposit got figured out. Deposited the check I wrote myself. Receipt said $200 of $600 available. That makes sense. I understand. So wrote $200 in bills and sent them off. Noticed 3 days later that the balance showed $640 but only $40 was available. They froze the whole $600 as of 4/8 and it won't be released until 4/19 even though my bank paid it on 4/8. I called the branch and they referred me to "back office" an 800 number. After speaking with 5 people and the fraud department, I was essentially told it was completely random and they can do it whenever they want because it's in their terms and conditions. They said it was up to the branch. Called the branch again and they claimed they had nothing to do with it and no one could help. I just got a notice in the mail on 4/13 notifying me that they put the hold on it because they had reason to believe that the check wouldn't be paid. Absolute bull. Total trash keeping more than half a persons monthly disability when they have already been paid. Now my bills are going to bounce and I can't pay the ones that are due. I will close this account as soon as my money is available and will never do business with this shady Uncle Joe "back office" operation

Been with US for over 30 years. Set up a meeting with a banker. Confirmed apt. My wife and I made ourselves avaliable during our lunch breaks and never heard a word. I called the branch next to my home we use and got a voice mail after pushing buttons to talk to someone. Left a polite message and no call back within time set on recording. I remember when my parents taking to me to US bank in my teens to open my account. It's been a great run. Not mad. .

They need to update their page to reflect the Srive Thru is closed.Update:I was at the drive thru at Noon. This is the 2nd time I've come here to find the Drive thru Closed; even though the web page says it's open. Site specifically states Drive Thru is Open and Appointment need for Lobby Services.
