Heard rumor that they're closing down this store, so there's no surprise to find many empty shelves. Top notch customer service, though.

Walgreens is the last best neighborhood store that is for the people. They carry all the products needed without judgment or inconvenience. May this brand last for more generations to come!

Do not expect to get your meds here. I have no idea how these people have jobs, spent 3 hours with one pharmacist, told her it wont go through insurance, she kept trying and said come back tomorrow, so I came back today and spent another hour with another idiot who sat there trying to put it through insurance WHILE I TOLD HIM INSURANCE WONT TAKE IT LET ME PAY FOR IT.
MID transaction he said “were closing for lunch come back in 3 hours. So I came back 3 hours later, and he sat there once again trying to put it through insurance, 20 minuets later he says “we dont have this med in stock”. Four hours of my life just for him to say its not in stock sorry we gave it to someone else. Two whole days running back and forth to these incompetent people.
American health system is great!

I work for a pet hospital, and I had to call in a prescription for a patient today. I was on hold for 10 mins before someone answered and told me to hold. Instead of placing me on hold, they hung up on me. This happened twice! The third time, I waited another 15 mins before someone answered and I was asked to be placed on hold again. I explained to the lady that I’ve been holding and getting hung up on several times; I just need to call in a prescription. The lady was huffing and puffing. She said with annoyance that she had to find a prescription pad. I waited a few mins while she scrambled to find one. As I’m giving her the information for the prescription she rudely interrupts me and says this is taking too long and that they are slammed. She asks if I can fax it over. As I’m answering her question she cuts me off and starts reading off their fax number. I told her no as our client is having issues filling the prescription with them and I’m just trying to do right by our patient so they can get relief. Here she goes again huffing and puffing, sounding annoyed and short with me while asking for info for the prescription. She didn’t understand part of the prescription and I said that I would transfer her to our doctor really quick. She flat out hung up on me!! The unprofessionalism here is mind-blowing. I cannot believe the treatment I received, especially because I work for a providing doctor. The lack of compassion this individual has/had is sickening. Walgreens - this is a person who is representing your company. Do something please! I too, work in a high pace and high stress environment. This situation took time away from my daily duties. I had to make up this wasted time by staying late and it took time away from my family. Yet, I remained professional while dealing with this situation and did my best to serve our patient.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible, they are unprofessional, they take forever to service anyone in line, they lose medications. You want service, this isn't the place for you.

I must have the wrong number on my account somehow. But I entered my number twice, was told that it wasn't associated with a card. I didn't have time to deal with logging in and trying to fix it, so I just said I'd pass at paying full price and walked off. Cashier clearly thought it was more important to get my phone number than my cash. Several other stores with cards have courtesy numbers they use. Clearly not Walgreens.
Logged in and checked. It's your system, not my phone number. Thanks for wasting my time.

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. I selected it since it was close to where we were staying, however I die a little bit inside every time I see a prescription still gets sent there. I feel bad for the pharmacists, the techs, the other patients. It's a dark sad place where you will not get any help. Save yourself the misery and avoid this pharmacy

If you read my reviews, you’ll note I give people the benefit of the doubt. But, I’m done with this place. I came in needing a pencil sharpener and a snack. I bought more than I intended because they had some good deals and I was hungry. 2 of the 10 different items were not on sale. 8 were on sale and I was given the sale price for ONE of them. I was overcharged by over 8 dollars. My total came to $36, so I overpaid by 25% . I checked my Walgreens account when I got home and the phone number was correct. This is not the first time this has happened, but, it’s the last. I’m done with you. Now I know why you were so slow on a Saturday afternoon.

They don’t seem to have enough staff to handle the pharmacy. Also, the drive-through pharmacy pick up is often closed and there is no notice on the website. Their address is also incorrect. What a mess!
