Waited at a minimum of 15 minutes although there was only 2 other people in line in front of me.. this branch is small, and i understand that however, having one teller working at 11:30 on a weekday is ridiculous. There were 3 other employees present, all looked at the growing line yet none jumped in to help. The one teller working on Wednesday 4th 2024 at 11:30am was incredibly helpful and was hustling but she needed help. Unfortunately i do not know her name but thank you to her. I will not be coming back to this location.

This branch allows their customers to physically assault the tellers. There is not security!

There is always a long line and long waiting to get served. I would not recommend if you plan to stop by this bank for a quick deposit or cash out money. Even though this brand started to open services on a half day on Saturday, it is miserable ideally if you plan to stop by for quick assistance.

As a business, it is really irritating when working with a bank who doesn’t know how to count change. 15 minutes for you to recount and still hand me the wrong amount? Multiple times? Jeez.

Just like every other Wellsfargo, all the staff is allergic to doing virtually anything. Glad this is the last time i will be dealing with this terrible banking brand

It is a bank that is well attended to, everyone knows Spanish, English, French, Italian, whenever I go, they take good care of me and say that if I want to open another account

now to be fair I was extremely late to my appointment and that's my bad on the flip side there was not one single guest or customer inside, at least 3 staff, and they refused to help me twice. I can't set an appointment for another month and they're in there relaxing and chit chatting instead of working and helping me. horrible customer service but I am a jerk for basically missing my appointment
