Super cozy room! Loved the complimentary bottle of Pinot Noir and chocolates. The bed is comfy with great bedding, and the French press with local grounds is a nice touch. My only area of question was the lack of attention to the bathroom before we checked in. It's more air BnB in this regard than actual hotel. Pack your own body wash and tissue box. The outdoor common area with table tennis is fun, even though I didn't win. Loved the stay, overall!

First time Visiting Oregon. I was mainly in McMinnville but I was so glad I chose to stay at Amity Flats. The room was amazing felt like home. Barb was very kind and so helpful with anything that I needed. The place is quiet and filled with nice little eating spots around it. I would highly recommend Amity Flats for your next stay. I will definitely be going back and staying there again. Thank you Amity flats staff for the warm welcome.

This building, constructed in 1905, was originally a Masonic Temple. Over the years it fell into disrepair, but the new owners of the building restored it to beyond its former glory and turned it into an absolute gem. It is centrally located in the charming town of Amity, with a handful of fun places to dine within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and cozy with beautiful hardwood floors and an exposed brick wall. It had a decked out kitchenette, a very nice bathroom, king size bed, furniture and a dining room table. They did such an excellent job of furnishing and decorating the room that it feels like an upscale condominium with old and new school flare. The walls must be thick because we didn't hear a peep out of any of our neighbors throughout the entire weekend. Not to mention the place was spotless. It's very evident the owners pay very close attention to detail.Outside our room the hallway is very well appointed with art and warm lighting, and a lift to haul your luggage to your floor. Outside there is a rooftop patio with a barbecue grill, ping-pong table and tables with chairs. They even have a locked area below for your mountain bike, if you bring one along.Lastly, Barb the owner is especially accessible- she answered all of my calls. She was very pleasant, helpful and polite, offered suggestions on local eateries, and made our stay just that much more enjoyable. She's better than any Airbnb host we've had, and we travel a ton.I highly recommend this hotel. Lodging here is less expensive than the Red Lion (the Red Lion!) in McMinnville, which we could not believe. Talk about bang for your buck. We are most definitely going back!

Such a convenient, unique, awesome spot!We stayed in the Yamhill room at Amity Flats and our friends stayed in the Jory room. When we arrived the private parking in the gravel lot next to the building was just as described in our booking instructions. We didn't need to check in or do anything- we simply entered our code into the beautiful steel gate on walkway at the side of the building and went right in. Up a few flights of outdoor stairs to the third floor which has a private outdoor patio with a BBQ you share with the other guests. Key in your code again to enter the building hall and one more time enter your code to get into the room. There is a lift we used for our heavier luggage which was convenient.Jaw dropped when we walked in. Soaring ceilings, original beams and brickwork, classy, cozy, and modern all at once. There was a free bottle of wine and truffles from a local monestary. The kitchen was stocked with the basics we needed for a weekend stay. Lovely room!Downstairs the Bramble tasting room for Silas winery was just the best. Cassandra the wine host was really friendly and very knowledgeable. We never waited for our next pour, she was able to answer all our questions, and made us feel super welcome. AND her dog Sukie was a doll.Location!! You can walk to coffee shops, multiple wineries and tasting rooms, pizza around the corner was delicious and there's an arcade, TONS of wineries within 15 minutes drive.Hosts were available if we needed anything but it was nice not to have to interact with a front desk or anything! Lovely welcome note and coupons and discounts for local businesses.Highly recommend!

We visit Oregon annually and Amity Flats is our home away from home. From our base there, we visit our student at UO, make day trips to Florence, Depoe Bay and Lincoln City, visit Oregon's beautiful state parks, and yes, visit the wineries. We love the rooms, Barbara's responsiveness and attention to detail... you could not ask for a better place to stay.

These lofts are stunning. I mean, jaw-droppingly beautiful. And the wines in Amity are lovely. The only down side is the street noise. I feel like it was loud at night, but it would not stop me from staying there again. The owners were so nice and the shops downstairs are gorgeous!

Good location for exploring South Willamette Valley wine country. Spacious room, high ceilings, nice, efficient kitchn, good noise insulation from outside 99 traffic, clean, nicely appointed and reasonably priced. Good responsiveness from ownership on small needs like additional hangers and towels. Would stay again.

Beautiful room, gracious and thoughtful hosts. Very comfortable bed, incredible shared rooftop deck. We stayed two nights, using Amity as a base camp for visits to the wildlife refuge, biking, wineries, and dinner out at Thistle in McMinville. Amity is real Oregon, and a great place to stay. ?
