My husband and I had a one-night get-away (as a late anniversary celebration). We were having to work around my husband's work schedule and even changed our arrival date within a day's notice. The Bella Collina had no problem accommodating our request. Sherwood was amazing! Excellent communication. In fact everything about our stay was wonderful. We stayed in the Kiwanda Suite and LOVED the view, as well as the private patio. Our breakfast was top-notch. My husband said it was the best egg-based dish that he had ever had. We hope to come back each year!

We have stayed at many B & B's in the past and the Bella Collina rates among the best. Every room has fantastic views of the valley. It is situated close to several top-notch wineries. The rooms were large and impeccable and breakfast was delicious every morning of our 3-day stay. Service was stellar from check-in with Alejandrina to breakfast and Happy Hour with Sherwood, the Inn's fun and informative host. This is our B & B of choice for future OR wine country stays.

My wife and I traveled around Oregon for 10 days and staying at the Bella Collina was the highpoint of an amazing trip! Sherwood is such a gracious host and knows how to make strangers feel as if we are family. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are huge and well laid out and the breakfast is to die for! During one of the Happy Hours (which went 2 hours bc we were having such a fun time talking and drinking wine with all the guests), we had a chance to spend some time with Scott, the owner, telling us the story of how he started the B&B and was lucky enough to find Sherwood to run it. We certainly hope to be back sometime in the future and will not hesitate to recomend Bella Collina to any of our friends!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary trip at Bella Collina. It was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. Sherwood, the Inn Keeper was awesome. He invited us to a wedding that was happening upon our arrival and also provided a breakfast experience that was first class. We had the pleasure of meeting Melody & Scott, the owners of Bella Collina. Their vision to design and build this Bed & Breakfast is incredible. Every detail is well thought out and their engagement in the daily operation is inspiring. Bella Collina is close to all the best wineries in the area and provides some of the best sunsets in the Willamette valley. The price/value proposition is the best in the area!

A Perfect 19th Anniversary Getaway – Bella Collina Bed & Breakfast
We recently celebrated our 19th anniversary in May with a 3-night stay at Bella Collina Bed & Breakfast in Amity, Oregon, and it was nothing short of amazing. Perched on top of a hill, the property offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel instantly relaxed and welcome.
The accommodations are warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the cozy linens to the thoughtfully designed rooms—added to the feeling of a home away from home. We especially loved enjoying the beautiful views from the patio each morning and evening.
The breakfasts were a true highlight—absolutely top-notch and different each day. From indulgent French toast to delicious mini egg quiches with fresh veggies and sausage, each meal was prepared with care and full of flavor.
The location is also ideal—close to many wonderful wineries and charming small towns to explore. After spending four nights on the Oregon Coast, Bella Collina was the perfect inland retreat to round out our trip.
We can’t say enough good things about this bed and breakfast. It made our anniversary extra special, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic!
Wonderful place, well thought out, and great views. Sherwood is an excellent host, friendly, energetic, and an exceptional cook. The breakfast was great, nearby restaurant recommendations spot on, and the facilities are wonderful!
We like to travel the world so we don’t often return to the same locations, however, this spot has made our top 10 and we will be back!

The Best Innkeeper Ever – Sherwood Makes Bella Collina Truly Magical
We’ve stayed at many B&Bs, but nothing compares to Bella Collina – and that’s entirely thanks to Sherwood, the best innkeeper ever. He’s not only incredibly welcoming and full of charm, but he brings such warmth and character to the whole experience. Without Sherwood, Bella Collina simply wouldn’t be the same.
From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re home. Sherwood creates an atmosphere that’s both cozy and elegant, and every little detail reflects his genuine care and love for what he does. The breakfasts? Absolutely divine. Fresh, flavorful, and different every day – a real treat each morning.
One of our favorite parts was the evening social hour. With a glass of wine in hand, you get to meet other guests, share stories, and truly connect. We made wonderful memories with fellow travelers from Iowa, Portland and West Texas, and those connections made the experience even more special.
The rooms are stunning – beautifully decorated with the most breathtaking views you can imagine. We had the best sleep of our entire trip here. It’s so peaceful, and waking up to the gentle sounds of birds is pure bliss. Every day we spotted so many birds, deer strolling by, and of course, the cheeky squirrels – nature at its finest.
We also loved that you could always make a cup of tea or coffee in your room – such a thoughtful touch. And if you’re a wine lover, you’ll be in heaven. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous, filled with vineyards and beautiful drives.
Sherwood, thank you for making our stay unforgettable. You don’t just run a B&B – you create a true haven. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Bella Collina is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the view from each suites balcony is spectacular. We could tell that a great deal of thought and care went into creating and building Bella Collina, including our room which met all of my ADA needs. The best part of our stay was the amazing hospitality by the Inn Keeper - Sherwood. From his fun and loving personality, his amazing homemade breakfasts to making sure all of our needs were met and cared for. We definitely will be back!

My husband and I planned a 25 year wedding anniversary trip to the West coast and the last few days of our trip was to the Willamette Valley and the Bella Collina. We were awe struck the moment we drove up. The house is gorgeous and the view is beyond breathtaking! Sherwood was our Innkeeper and was the most welcoming and personable person to be around. He truly made our stay there feel like home. We stayed in the Wallowa suite and it was clean, cozy and had everything you needed as well as heated floors. Breakfast was delicious and used fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our time there was our favorite of our entire trip and I cannot recommend this enough if you are planning a trip to the area. Thank you Sherwood and the Bella Collina for a lifelong memory we will cherish forever.

[UPDATE: Please see Inn Keeper comments. The communication issues are not addressed. With a claimed 30 years in hospitality I'd expect a greater understanding that guests do not fit one 'type'. Indeed, flying the pride flag I'd expect the establishment to embrace diversity of needs, not seek to suggest that those who have different tastes and needs are wrong because they don't fit the host's opinions. The world has moved on from the ideas of what Carnival Cruise lines would offer 30 years ago.]
Great location and clean comfortable rooms. Housekeeping does a great job keeping them spotless.
Marked down on breakfast. For me on vac, breakfast is about choice - not being corralled into the same breakfast time for the same dish (dietary adjusted).
Its a personal choice but to me this was no choice. If I was staying again (and there are good reasons to stay here) I’d suggest you just jettison the breakfast performance and get what you want when you want it and one of several nearby options (.
within 10 minutes drive).

Now I see why this B&B has only 5 star reviews. Everything is perfect here. The rooms are immaculate and even have heated floors in the bathroom (my new favorite luxury). Our balcony had a spectacular view of the valley with the most beautiful sunset. Location is perfect for wine country. Breakfast was probably the best meal we had on our whole trip. Sherwood manages the B&B and he'll contact you for check-in time. He is an incredible host and will make sure you have a great stay. I can't recommend this place enough.
