One of the worst ampms I've ever been to. Horrible woman behind the counter this afternoon. Will never go back and I've been stopping here for the last 7yrs going to and from California. I'd advise to stop to one in Medford or grants pass before this place

the night crew was willing to cook food for us even thoe the kitchen was off. and the smell of the cookies made u forget its a gas station. excelent customer service and the food was worth the 10min wait. deffinitly stop by if its late and ur hungy just ask the cashier and if u have the time then its worth the wait for the price. only thing sucks is bathroom closed after 10pm.

If you're going for the typical ampm food, they don't serve nearly enough, so kindly mope out of the store and get back in your car to go find a burger and dog somewhere else. The amount of times I've gone excited and came out disappointed has been too many. A lot of the employees here are certified crackheads and probably so gross they aren't even legally able to handle food.

They should get negative stars for this: DOULE PAID for fuel due to cashier lies. They said my card didn't go through, so I paid cash. A day later, a pending transaction was on the card and then it posted. The telephone was constantly busy - could not be reached while the transaction was pending to ask for it to be removed. Maybe this is a common SCAM here.

When a machine breaks down wouldn't you think the employees take initiative to fix what doesn't work so your workplace transitions more smoothly ?Common sense would ring a bell when something at work isn't functioning. Such as a printer. When you don't have knowledge for such diversity then hire more efficient people ?

I really like how this has station has been renovated and the people are very customer service oriented. And the bathrooms are clean every time I stop. Great Job!
