“Amazing customer service! I bought several fans from them and waited months to install them. Once it was time to install, I realized that there was a small manufacturing defect in two of the fans that prevented proper installation. I feared that because it was months later, I'd have no recourse to get the problem fixed. But I immediately heard back from The Modern Fan Company w/ a sincere apology and a complete replacement. They didn't even make me send the original fans back before sending out the corrected replacements. They trusted me to return them once the new ones were installed. That's like the best-case scenario for customer service in the internet age. I was so impressed. Side note: The fans themselves are gorgeous, quiet and powerful!”

“This is the spot for PVC fittings. Large selection of various connections, well stocked, and plenty of sizes. Salesfloor associates have been very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions… hit or miss with associates at checkout (sometimes friendly, sometimes don’t even say hi back). Usually come here if Lowe’s doesn’t have what I need.”

“Brought home 4 new plants and enjoyed perusing the tool section. The very helpful staff offered assistance and expertise at various times as I shopped. A pleasant trip on a very hot 102 degree day.”
