I am very pleased with this company- they are refunding an elderly persons refund back to the day they were supposed to be out- but were unable to drop off keys due to hospitalization- truly refreshing to see a small business with such a big heart! Thank you!

I am very pleased with this company's integrity! The elderly person renting said they would be out by the 13th but was unable to bring in the keys due to hospitalization. They still refunded the whole portion back and were caring and comforting- a small business with big heart!
