Selection is great but the staff can’t be bothered to organize by size or say hello so or anything really. IDK, maybe I just enjoy some good ol customer service when I’m droppin $$$ on used clothes.

Overpriced and limited selection of clothes. They carry a lot of name brands, but hugely overpriced and dated clothing. Clothes are not organized at all by size. They tend to carry a larger selection of small sizes. If you are a large or bigger, or tall you will not find much.

My favorite shop and employees! Everyone there is so genuinely kind and accepting. Awesome selection, I never leave empty-handed! Definitely worth a visit!!!

Not worth selling clothes here. They're either way underpricing things, or have a terrible shoplifting problem, or are taking advantage of sellers. There's no transparency about what they sold and how much they charged, so you just have to accept whatever they say. And I agree with the other reviews here, the employees were weirdly cold and haughty both times I went in, even though they wanted all the clothes I brought.

I’ve shopped here since high school, so the past 20+ years (!), and it’s always been a good place for unique finds at a *relatively* decent price. Sure, the selection of a few higher end brands is nice, but there’s plenty of unknown/no-name brand clothing there.
So whenever I go to consign clothes, I know they’re going to be pickier about style and branding than most shops. After all these years, I’ve got a pretty good sense of what they go for. I recently brought in two bags of clothes, probably 30 pieces total, and a good handful that I know for sure are their style, in the seasons they’re taking right now, and had no stains/tears/etc. When they chose zero items I was really surprised. I pulled out a dress that is TOTALLY Avant Garb style (as an example) and in a friendly tone said, “Aw man, I thought for sure you’d like this one.” She said, “It’s just not a brand that we take.” I let out an audible “HA!” and left. That’s complete BS…there are plenty of brands in there that no one’s ever heard of. While I was waiting earlier and perusing the racks, I found a shirt with a very noticeable stain on the front. Not the first time finding blemished clothing there, so the standards aren’t really that high…
And yes, like the other low star reviewers have stated, there is most definitely an “air of superiority” and coldness towards customers most of the time. I wouldn’t say every employee over the years has acted like this, but the vast majority have.
Go to Dejavu for a friendlier experience. Albeit the style choices there aren’t as good, there are plenty of cute options at even better prices.

I left valuable earrings behind in the store and the salesperson very kindly took her time to track them down and, fortunately, locate them right where I'd sat them down.

Love this store! They have up to date clothing in high-end brands at reasonable prices. They also have fitting rooms. What's not to love about all that!

This place is so great! I found tons of staples on their sale rack. The girlies working there were very pleasant and I like how the store is laid out. They have a great selection!

I like my purchases from this store, but its employees make shopping here an unpleasant and somewhat intolerable experience. I've been in more than once, and the young women employees had contemptuous attitudes toward myself and the person who accompanied me. They didn't greet us, thank us, or offer to help us in the store. I observed them side-eying and looking down their noses at us, and one of them making faces as we left. Why hire people like this? What's the point of the rudeness? I want to shop here, but I feel unwelcome.

if i'm gonna over pay for vintage i'd rather support some random person on depop. the people who work here have never been kind. i went today to ask about the fabric of their yoga pants. they seemed to not want to tell me? i looked it up online and found they are cheaper online. to be honest i don't know why they are so rude to people. so many friends of mine have told me stories of the unpleasant demeanor of the workers, and for it to be this consistently negative, they must not need much business!

It is so unpleasant to shop at a store where the employees have such cold attitudes that they can't be bothered to even say hello, smile, or look you in the eye when they ring you up. They just act cool and bored with deadpan faces and grunt the price like they can't wait for you to get out of their face. Maybe they think I'm too old to shop there? (late 30s). Based on some other reviews that mention employee rudeness, I really think the owner should consider rehiring or working to motivate the employees in some way because they are probably losing business over it. It also does not serve the young women who work there to be able to get away with such attitudes, because that will not get them far in life. That kind of snooty atmosphere really doesn't fit with the vibe of this town. This is Ashland, a friendly place with people of all ages, not some hipster haven where everyone's cool and nobody's over 22. It's a shame because they have nice stuff and good deals on the sale rack.

Awesome clothing options! Ladies were nice. I came in last minute so I could tell she was a bit agitated and eager to get out on time, but aside from body language she was nice and professional about everything.
