I went into Butler Ford in Ashland looking to upgrade. Eddie G. went above and beyond my expectations. He was friendly and personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He helped me get into my dream car and if I could give this experience a billion stars I would!!! you sold me a car that had recall and has something wrong with the fuel pump and I just bought it September and I fiance it 22,000 car with 15 percent interest rate , but said you can't do anything about it ? I thought it had good Carfax history why don't u tell me there was other problems and when I bought the car ?? sooo stressful

This place is a joke, zero customer service. They will lie about when your car will be done and they will lie about calling you with updates when it takes a week instead of a day. They don’t answer the phone and they won’t call you back after leaving multiple messages and calls every day for days. The service manager is rude and acts like it’s your fault that him and his employees have repeatedly lied to you and refused to take responsibility for their actions. Do not take your business here for any reason.

We bought an F-150 for our GM from Butler Ford, but we needed to sign docs in Bend, then have the truck delivered to Grants Pass. Eddie Griffin drove to Bend to personally sign docs, then early on a Saturday morning delivered the truck to our GM in Grants Pass. We will 100% work with Eddie and Butler Ford again because of the amazing customer service. Thank you again

I took my 2011 Ford Edge into Butler in late October, 2024 because of faulty brakes. They reported that I'd need a complete new installation and they'd find the parts for an estimated cost of $3500. Seven weeks later they had failed to find the parts and apologetically told me they could provide no further help. One week later Blueline Automotive repaired my brakes in three hours for $60 and they're working great a year later. Lost customer here Butler.
