Today I visited Butler Ford in Ashland. They were absolutely amazing. Matthew Wright was a delight to work with. He asked questions in order to match the perfect vehicle for my needs.Joel Nickerson didn’t stop working until he landed the deal of the century for me. This was not an easy task and I didn’t expect to drive away in a brand new BRONCO.Rocky Moore took over and downloaded the Ford app on my cell which is the most helpful app on my phone! He continued taking care of every detail with my deal till the end. My experience with Butler Ford was amazing.Lisa Scarborough

Yesterday I bought a Bronco from Butler Ford in Ashland. I wrote a review while I was waiting for the finance team to finish their paperwork and I left out some key people. What makes Butler worthy of 5 stars is the team of people coordinating one sale. Eric Edgar was relentlessly working on getting the best interest rate while Joel Nickerson was trying to keep the monthly payment within my comfort zone. When that was accomplished I ended up in Ken's office. He was a delight to work with as I sealed the deal. A few signatures later I was I was greeted by Rocky & Matthew. Together they helped me download the new Ford app on my phone all the while Micheal in detail was finishing up the Bronco's last minute shine. I never felt any pressure to get the sale done. It was truly an amazing experience. Thanks guys Leesia59

I received an email to review Butler, the email stated “call them first if there are any issues.” The salesman also stated this. So I contacted them about an issue before I left this review.I Bought a used F150 from them on trade. Overall decent truck for the mileage and price. But, the salesman and I heard a buzzing sound in the dash when test driving. Salesman said “it’s the radio” which I could have lived with. Found out after I bought it by a simple internet search that it is the recirculating/fresh air door actuator. A common problem apparently. This is a $2000 job per my research because it involves removing the dashboard. The general manager said to bring it in for a free diagnosis and “I’ll see what I can do.” Service said “everything working fine.” I then sent the general manager a video with the abnormal sound from the dash clearly present. He has not replied. They didn’t follow through on my issue, or didn’t want to, and service didn’t do a thorough job investigating the problem even after I told them what I thought the issue was. Not satisfied with Butler Ford.

I had an outstanding experience at Butler Ford, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service I received during my recent visit. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with nothing but courtesy and professionalism.The staff at Butler Ford went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout every step of the car-buying process. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly exceptional.Craig, the sales associate who assisted me, was an absolute delight to work with. Not only was he incredibly kind, but he also demonstrated a deep knowledge of the vehicles and services offered at the dealership. He answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, making the entire experience stress-free.In conclusion, I can't recommend Butler Ford enough. Their courteous and professional staff, especially Craig, made my car-buying experience a truly enjoyable one. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want an exceptional buying experience, I highly recommend visiting Butler Ford. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience here, Alberto, Steve, Craig and Jeremy all helped us with our new purchase, with another purchase expected in the next few months. We’re expanding our painting fleet and these guys were professional and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured and felt supported throughout the process. We look forward to working with their team again in the future!

Joel and his team were wonderful to work with. I live in Brookings which is 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership and we were able to work out all the details ahead of time before making the drive out there. Rocky in sales was wonderful to work with as well, and did a great job taking care of me when I got there. He also did a very thorough walk-through of the new F150 that I purchased and even got my phone set up before I left so that I could use all the features on the way home.Everyone there was very professional, and willing to help in any way that they could. They had the vehicle ready to go before I got there to minimize time spent in the dealership.It was a no pressure sale and the finance process was easy and quick. Very friendly staff. I appreciate the transparency and willingness to help from the finance manager Ken as well. I will be buying all of my vehicles from here in the future.

I had the best experience buying my new Ford Bronco.My salesman, Craig Fronek, was a pleasure to work with from day one.His knowledge of the product was by far the best I have experienced from a car dealership, and I have bought quite a few cars over the years!I would highly recommend Craig and the folds down at Butler Ford.

My family and I purchased a used vehicle from Butler Ford today and the process was reasonable and the folks were helpful. Steve Green helped us from start to finish, along with a few of his associates. We didn't feel pressure from Steve and he took the time to show us some other options (some less expensive) before we ultimately purchased the vehicle we went there to see. If they have a car there you are interested in, give Steve a call. We are happy with the purchase and the experience.

Alberto was awesome to work with! I called a few minutes ahead of stopping by the dealership and he was able to have the vehicle we were looking for parked out front, ready for us to check out.He and Jeremy were very helpful in the trade-in and purchase process, and worked with us to make the deal that made sense for our family.Overall the process was made better by the kindness and assistance of these guys. Although, my daughter is certainly going to miss “her” first car. Thank you both!

Everyone at Butler Ford was extremely helpful! When I played my order for my 2023 Bronco, Craig was there all the time keeping me up to date on my order. When it arrived, Joel and Eric were extremely helpful and Ken in finance worked his magic on finance rates. I was given the tour, and Tommy and Jeremy in service will be taking care of my service needs! When all is said and, never done..Butler Ford is the place to create generational experiences as we will return many times as well as my friends and family!

Our salesman, James, was extremely helpful in finding us just the right car. We didn't feel pressured at all and appreciated the comfortable buying experience. Over the top, friendly, honest, genuine service from Butler Ford. Eric was exceptionally helpful, kind, honest, and has become a friend through my car-buying process. He answered every question I had, even after hours, and spent precious time to find the perfect car for me and my family. Even shorted the signing process so I spent less time in the dealership on the day of purchase, and made sure I had the most tech-knowledgeable sales representative, James, to show me everything I needed to know about my car. I refuse to buy from anyone else or anywhere else ever again! Definitely will be a returning customer for years to come... already looking forward to my future upgrade! HIGHLY recommend Butler Ford for your car buying/selling needs.

I bought my Ford 2018 used from Butler Ford in Ashland and they always are great to deal with but today Jeremy and Richard went above and beyond to help me out. If I could give 6 stars I would. I was out and noticed that a protective thingy under my car was coming loose. Apparently wasn't as critical I thought it was but I called service from the road. Jeremy said come in and I will try to have someone available to take a look at it. I got lucky Richard was available. Besides being super nice to my dog they looked at my car right away and had an extra screw available to secure the part of the under carriage that was loose. I was back on the road in just a few minutes. I recommend Butler Ford highly because there service is always great and they have people like Jeremy and Richard taking care of their customers. Thanks Butler Ford. I am a happy customer.

Wish we could give it a 10 STARWe were passing through town Friday afternoon, towing a show vehicle from Sacramento to Lincoln City, when our 2014 F250 fuel pump burst. Called 2 local shops and they were not able to help us, with our fingers crossed drove to Ford service department. Tommy Gibson went above and beyond getting us in right away. Entire staff, including Elijah, were forthcoming with repair updates. Made us feel like family and at ease through the entire time. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!
