They provide poor service at best, incompetent service at worst. The techs are competent - their management seems dedicated to starving them of time, equipment, and direction to do a good job. Even Verizon and AT&T offer superior and more timely service.

U call to see if they service your address, which BTW is the LAST question, after they HARVEST all your personal info to sell!!! Then say NO!!!!!!! REFUSE TO GIVE ALL your personal info! I will complain to the Oregon AG! ???
