“We had such a great experience at the Verizon store in Ashland, Oregon that I wanted to share. My friend and I are both in our mid-70s, and she was finally upgrading from her iPhone 8. Tyler and Caleb could not have been more patient, kind, and thorough in helping her through the process. They explained everything clearly, made sure she felt comfortable with her new phone, and never rushed us.
