What an amazing experience at the Coolidge House! Beautiful rooms, common areas, and courtyard. Delicious breakfasts prepared by Jordan, who was an exceptional host. The whole house is adorned with Shakespearean details, which makes you that much more excited to go see the plays! Next time we’re back in Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, this is where we’ll be.

This place is outstanding ? ? ? ✨️ Huge shout out to Jordan!!!!! He is such an amazing host very kind, friendly, and welcoming ? His cooking skills are above and beyond ?Breakfast would hold us over therefore we didn't need to spend as much eating out and his meals were super fresh and made me feel good ☺️ Jordan accommodated my food restrictions and made me a pleasant, delightful breakfast ? I can't wait to return! The home was beautiful and very comfy. Thank you Jordan I can't wait to stay again ❤️
Rooms: We had the Garden room it has its own bathroom and own stairwell it has a small bed in a nook which accommodated myself a 5'5 1/2 footer.
Nearby activities: Lithia park is close by and so is shopping and dining ?
Safety: The entrance to the home is mellowly tucked away while still giving you an amazing view of the main road. ?
Walkability: The location is near the small shops and beautiful park!
Food and drinks: Jordan has drinks appropriate for weather. We enjoyed fresh ? lemonade, coffee, and tea ? also fresh baked cookies ? ?
Noteworthy details: The attention to detail that the housekeeper has done was above and beyond. I didn't have to ask for anything :^)

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! Jordan was a wonderful host. The bed and breakfast is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ashland and many shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and cozy, the breakfast was delicious. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future. I'm adding a picture of the Coolidge House at night; the other two pictures with the pink blossom trees is the view from the front porch of the Coolidge house (NOT the Coolidge house itself).

We found this B&B online and it looked promising. We found it to be much more than that. Our room - we stayed in the Grape Arbor Cottage - was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts on the patio were delicious and conversations with the host and other guests were stimulating. It was an easy walk to the downtown areas and to the Shakespeare Festival venues. Our host Jordan was very welcoming and very friendly, without being intrusive. Oh, and he is an excellent cook! After a rough week at home, this was the perfect place to relax and wind down. I wish we could have stayed longer ... maybe next time! We will be back.

What a wonderful B&B. From the time we checked in, our host/owner Jordan was fabulous. We felt so spoiled he had wine/ice tea/hot tea available w/warm homemade cookies fresh out of the oven in the afternoon. The. daily breakfasts were first class. We thought Jordan had gone to Chef school. The presentation of the breakfast meals and flavor was A+. We are very picky about where we stay and the Coolidge House is awesome. Jordan is awesome and his recommendations for dinner restaurants were spot on. We met guests at breakfast that have returned annually to Coolidge B&B for the past 20+ years! We definitely will be back next year if not sooner. We loved it and hated to leave.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Coolidge House. What a nice, clean and well appointed B&B. The owner, Jordan, was an amazing host. Besides sleeping in a great comfortable room, every morning we had a phenomenal breakfast. I asked Jordan if he had gone to Chef school since everything was delicious and served like a top chef. In the afternoons, the main parlor had warm homemade cookies, wine, ice tea and water. We were surprised every morning with a great breakfast, coffee and juice. We found out that some of the guests who were also visiting frequent this B&B once or twice a year and have been coming to this same place for the past 20 yrs! What does that tell you about this B&B owner? We were so spoiled we were sad to leave. The proximity of this B&B to downtown Ashland is walking distance. We are definitely going to return and hopefully come back two times a year. Thanks Jordan for everything. We can't wait to go back.

We recently spent three days in Ashland and stayed at Jordan’s Coolidge House. He’s an amazing host. Our room was perfect. Every morning we were presently surprised w/the breakfasts he served. OMG! In the afternoons he provided wine and homemade cookies. We were so spoiled we hated to leave. We’ll be back. We discovered that many guests have been coming to the Coolidge House for 20 yrs plus due to Jordan’s hospitality.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Cute, quaint, charming and historical. The host, Jordan, is so accommodating and friendly. He baked us fresh chocolate chip cookies from scratch. Walking distance to downtown and the rooms and house are so cozy, clean and beautifully appointed ?

Lovely stay in the Parlor room. It had the biggest bathtub I have ever seen, window with no screen opened by bench in the window. It was right by the front on the house with the porch where we saw multiple dear. Jordon the owner is very funny with his dry sense of humor. His breakfasts are delicious. Pancakes and sausage, granola/fruit/yogart/egg frittata/rosemary bread. OJ/coffee/tea. He even baked us cookies. If the weather permits he serves it on the patio(green space) The property is close to the main street with shops and restaurants and the Lithia park(lovely green stroll) It felt comfortable and clean and gave you a homey feel.

Conscientious of COVID-19, Jordan is a gracious host even with a mask. Clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful house, on-site parking, delightful views from the balcony and courtyard, amazing breakfast. We strolled a few minutes to downtown Ashland and brought back dinner to enjoy in the well furnished dining room. Thank you!

We have come to Ashland for over 20 years and have stayed at the Coolidge house. Jordan is THE best innkeeper. Breakfasts are delicious and shared by all guests. We've met so many wonderful people around Jordan's table. The house is an easy walk to plays and shopping. Rooms and beds are very comfortable and quiet. Coolidge house is a gem.
