I had a very good experience in a very annoying time. My car was totaled in an accident and this Enterprise location and its employees made things a little more bearable. Phoenix and Austin went out of their way to make sure I had a decent car for 6 weeks. Thank you.

By far the best location I have been in. My misunderstanding was on my part, Jackie was very professional and polite in solving the issue promptly. They have a great team down there.

The first time we rented in early February they gave us a totally different vehicle than we requested. No biggy, we had a 15 passenger van for our family of 8. During the trip I kept smelling something rotten. I opened the glove compartment and found a prosciutto and cheese stick that had expired December 3rd and was leaking all over the glove box. This time we booked a 12 passenger van for our spring break vacation. I have a teen that has spina bifida, so we need the room for her as well as our other 5 kids. I received a call this morning making sure I had a credit card instead of a debit card for the rental, and was asked if I could pick the vehicle up a bit later than requested. I assured the young lady that I did, and told her the time change was okay. A couple of hours later I received another call stating that the van wasn't available and they would get us in to something else. When I told the young lady I have a family of eight, she asked if I wanted to take two sedans. No, ma'am, I would like to travel with my family on a family vacation, that is why I reserved the vehicle I did. She then said she would work on finding us something. Pick up time was supposed to be noon, and obviously that didn't happen. I called her back and she said that she was working on it but would need a couple of more hours. Way to jack up a vacation for a family of 8 Enterprise.

The person who accepts the rental return keys wasn't in their office so we had to wait for them to arrive, even though we got to the rental service at about 9:30 AM during their open hours. If navigating to the rental return, the map is currently incorrect regarding the location - the rental facility is located within the chevrolet dealership about 10 minutes up the road. It's easy to see from the road as long as you're in the right place.

Zero stars should be an option here. PaAck a lunch because coming early makes no difference. What a embarrassment. Help is not that hard to find.
