RVing for 4 days in campground. Rented a Pontoon. Out house restrooms, just yuk. Left on day three because EVERY Morning beginning at 6am and EVERY night about 9pm electricity goes in n out every thirty seconds for hours. Front desk said, “oh yeah” it does that and wouldn’t be responsible for us unhooking the Watchdog surg suppressor on our RV to help minimize the daily outages.

I love this place! So nice to drive 50 minutes away and can be in the woods. The camp hosts are very nice and maintain the park well.

Good place to camp! The firewood is spendy and it burns too fast, but otherwise, it was great!

Cabins are alot nicer and maintained better. + they have hot tubs. Plus, they are available at a better price point.

Went camping June 2025 here for the first time. It’s a great place. Loved the store had hand scooped ice cream. There’s a small restaurant and we got chicken strips and Fries and Fish n chips.
Brought out 3 dogs and our camping spot was right on the shore of the lake.
We enjoyed fishing off of the dock.
Not great cell service. It’s a great way to unplug

Can't wait to go back there next year. Even though there's no cell service.

What's not to love?
Well-kept grounds, beautiful lake and mountain views.
A fully stocked store, in case you forget something. A restaurant, only open specific days and times.
You can rent a boat or kayak for a reasonable price.
Friendly staff and the camp host sell firewood, even at 7 p.m. Thank you.
We will most certainly be back.
Not much luck fishing; lots of small bass.

Great serene campground. Very pretty and sites were far enough apart to be a little more private. Clean restrooms and a nice store with a cafe-(open only part of the week/weekend). Also Beautiful lake views.

The lake and campground are beautiful. We had reserved our site for two nights, but left after the first night.
Around 9:40pm a large group of drunk campers started playing music loudly. The music, yelling and crying kids went on until after midnight. The multiple camp host did nothing.
Then around 3 am a baby from the same direction was crying for almost an hour straight.
The camp host are joke and must just do it for the free spot.
I was wanting a relaxing quiet weekend and that is the furthest thing from what we got.

Beautiful campground. The lake is great when it's full, but it can fluctuate greatly during droughts. The resort restaurant wasn't open when we were there but it looked promising.

Very peaceful, quiet time before the weekenders appeared. The cafe has a limited menu but is very tasteful. I had a very restful, peaceful experience connecting with nature and people.
