I was interested in whether it made sense to replace my Oticon hearing aids (6 years old). They re-tested my hearing and let me try the latest model for a week. They also ferreted out the details of what it would cost me from my insurance company. All very helpful in my decision process.

Dr. Tangel is wonderful and the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pork Chop is especially welcoming and lovely :) I went in for vertigo and tinnitus and came out with solid answers about my issues. The whole experience was quick and easy and I would not hesitate to recommend Imagine Ears!

Called with shower exposed aids :( , was offered to come in within the hour . When I got there, was greeted immediately and aids were put in dehydrator. Then they were given an overall ck which foumd a problem or two. This office exhibited exceptional customer service (and so does the one in Medford). With hearing aids, your whole world can change with a malfunction so timely, professional customer service means alot. Kudos!

They are amazing! I've been told for decades that nothing could be done to help my hearing until I went to Imaginears. With my new hearing aids I can actually hear everything for the first time in my life. Thank you Imaginears ? ?!!!
