Such good instructors. Patient yet they push in a positive supportive way and if you have pain they can offer alternate positions. Very powerful. Im hooked

Their reformer Pilates classes are amazing! Every time I visit Ashland, I take class from Celina. They use an online registration/payment system that makes signing up for classes very convenient and simple.
