The people at Ashland Les Schwab are on top of it and continue to impress. Keith went above and beyond by supplying a free locking nut socket for my vehicle that would have been a complete headache to get from the dealer. They support our local businesses and sponsor an Ashland Little League team each year. Thank you Ashland Les Schwab!

Car developed a vibration in the middle of a road trip. I dropped in without an appointment and they fixed the problem very quickly and were very helpful.

Awful, honestly. My boyfriend went to get an oil change and his back break pads replaced. After an hour of waiting, they quoted him over $1000 dollars to fix both the front & back breaks including the oil change. They did also offer to fix just the back breaks and the oil change for around ~$580. Expensive, but his breaks were pretty bad by this point so hey, what are you gonna do. We go home (we live less than five minutes down the street) and wait for them to call him. They said they could complete it by the end of the day (they close at 6 pm) and by 6:15ish (2 hours later) we had heard nothing from them. My partner needs his car to get to work the next day and all that business, so we decided to drive down and see if they were just running behind. His car was parked by itself outside and the front doors were locked w no one inside. Huh?? After thinking well hey we’ll just go get our spare key, this man comes out of the building to say they forgot to call us but were all done. Huh, again?? My partner goes inside to pay for it and they end up charging him almost $700. Oh! And on top of that, they did not turn off the maintenance light on his dashboard.
Yeah so don’t recommend, lazy customer service.

I’ve been having a lot of issues with my tires, having to get them replaced unusually often. My boyfriend was driving my car recently and had to replace a tire at Les Schwab, and they told him that one of my front rims was bent causing the unusually high amount of tire replacements. I recently took my car in for an alignment at Firestone because it was pulling to the right. They did two alignments and said the alignment was fine but the car was pulling because of the wheels.
So with this multitude of evidence that something is wrong with my wheels, I took my car in to get it fixed. I was told that nothing is wrong with my wheels except for maybe a slight dent in one of the rears. The mechanic asked me when was the last time I had my tires rotated and I said I had them all replaced with new tires less than a year ago which is better than a tire rotation. He then explained to me what tire rotation is and didn’t address any of my reasons for concern. I tried to evoke the fact that my father and several other people in my life have noticed my tires/wheels having issues despite the fact I get regular service, hoping he would take a man’s word for it since he wouldn’t take mine. He again said I just need to rotate my tires every 5,000 miles. I reiterated that Firestone said my wheels were bent causing a pull to the right. And also that Les Schwab themselves had discovered bends in the front wheels. He didn’t seem to believe me or take anything I was saying seriously or even bother to look up records for my car. I felt like he thought I was just a woman who just forgets to rotate her tires because she’s a ditsy lady who doesn’t know what tire rotation means.
Anyway, they get an extra star for not charging any money and making sure my tires were inflated. But what I really want is to be taken seriously and have my wheels fixed.

Showed up on a Saturday afternoon with a flat, walked in, and in under an hour, they had my tire patched up (which they don't even charge for!) and my sensor fixed. So grateful not to be worrying about how to get to work tomorrow. Thanks, Ashland Les Schwab!

Keith Hayes is the manager of Les Schwab Ashland and he always does an excellent job with my Audi RSQ8 which is a complex vehicle to service due to the drivetrain which is a sport differential system with active suspension using airbags to adjust ride height depending on the fuel map setting. I am very pleased with the service I get in Ashland would not want to take my car anywhere else!

They will not do brakes unless they sell you new calpers as well, for warranty purposes. Why make you buy something you don't need? I was very disappointed, I have always gone to Les Schwab. I took my business elsewhere.
Went in yesterday to have the tire pressure checked. The technician was so helpful I will start using Les Schwab again.

I was in today to get two studded tires taken off the rear and buy two new tires. Really nice new store with at least 6 or 7 brand new customer service terminals, but only one person there waiting on customers and she was trying to make a sale. Got tired of waiting, so left.
Called from home about an hour later--got automated reply--said all their people were busy. Tried to leave a message for a call back but their voice mailbox is full.
Nice new store--zero customer service.

Ok service and used to be reliable. These days prices are uncomfortable, and a while back some worker was goofing off and ignoring what my family member said; and ended up hitting our truck with a sledgehammer. Customer service never responded, so we gave up since it was just a beater of a truck and on its last legs anyway. Would go again, just don’t hit our truck with a sledghammer. (Other than that incident, I would probably reccomend this place as the service is usually straight to the point and quick.)

Great experience today! Friendly and fast service. Like the old days. I’ve not had the same experience at the other stores in the valley. Was hesitant to even go to them again. Thank you Ashland Les Schwab for renewing my satisfaction with the company. Great customer service makes ALL the difference!
