I’m so disappointed that I have to leave this review, but my experience with Shawn was awful and extremely unprofessional. It took multiple attempts for me to get her to set up an appointment, then I was cancelled on multiple times (I understand life happens) and never got a haircut scheduled as she has chosen to no longer reply. I have never seen such terrible communication practices in a business in my life. I’m a mom of two young kids (two under two) that treated myself to getting my haircut on groupon and because of shawn’s lack of communication I missed the window of getting my actual money back. If you value your time, want someone to honor their word and communicate with you effectively and in a timely manner, take your money elsewhere.

I had same experience.Showed up for an appointment to find out it was canceled when I showed up. Had plans an hour and a half later that I had planned to have my hair done for. No prior call and no call after to let me know it was canceled or to try and reschedule. Have left a few messages trying to reschedule.Not sure how you operate a business this way... pretty ridiculous and disrespectful to people and there time.

I had the same experience with Shawn that others mentioned. I purchased a Groupon and called to make an appointment. I left 4 messages and never got a call back. This is a complete scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. WHAT A WASTE!

My mother got me a groupon for a cut/style/color for this place (because she knows i won't spend my own money getting my hair cut(because everytime i go to get my hair cut I'm traumatized by what they do to my head)) and I was so pleased with how my hair turned out! Shawn cut about 7 inches off, colored it to this lovely reddish auburn brown and wow is it so much lighter!! Hadn't gotten my hair even trimmed in two years, and I'm definitely going back to her again! She was fun to talk to and listen to. Definitely a strange location but it was very easy to get to! Nice inside and she has nice products. I met the other hair dresser/stylist there Teri and she was very nice also. Will be back for sure!

I had such an amazing experience here!! Shawn did my hair and did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier! I went in there with a disaster on my head and she was so professional and sweet about it! I recommend this place 110%! Shawn has like 30 yrs experience doing hair and it shows! The shop was very clean and inviting and it was simple to get an appointment and she worked with

I bought a Group on....I've been calling over a week leaving messages, no return calls, no message saying they are away or something is wrong. I left my cell and home phone. I showed up on a Wednesday around 12:30 the closed sign said be back a 1pm. I stayed till 2pm got out and ask the neighbor business what was up with salon next door. They weren't even their that day and they own a another business in California they have to attend too all the time...
