As first time storage unit users we feel most fortunate to have chosen Mistletoe. The units are clean and the facility is well maintained. This self storage was so convenient and very safe.
We enjoyed our interactions with Sarah. She was knowledgeable, organized, helpful and friendly.
She came to our rescue twice. Once when we did not lock up securely and a second time when we were “stuck” in the snow! We highly recommend Mistletoe Road Self Storage.

My family and I have used Mistletoe for over a year and love Sarah for her kind words and patience as my family has had financial hardships. We had gotten behind on our payment and never once were we made to feel inferior due to our hardship. Thank you Sarah for being an amazing Human. We are all in this crazy world together, so take Sarah's attitude and continue being a decent soul.

Beware! This facility lies about how many units they have available. Will say there's nothing and then when they found out I operated a business they decided they had 2 units available. I didn't know how many I would need and the attendant recommended I rent them both on Friday to be sure and that I could cancel on Monday if needed. So Monday comes and I try to cancel one of the units and no one is there all day. I call and leave a message and get no response. I had to leave for Bend and didn't hear from them for days. When i did they said they would have to charge me for the month! Fast forward 7 month to today, and I call to discuss moving out. The bill is due today and I wanted to see if they would take this as a notice and prorate me for one day out if the month usage. Nope! So I remind them that I paid for a unit in the beginning that I tried to cancel but no one was in the office and she says. "Yes that's unfortunate" but won't budge on this last day costing me an entire month. So if you have a choice in another storage company I would stay away!

I have been recommended by my certified guardian/conservator about this self storage facility for my storage needs. Very isolated from view and secure. Local to where I live in Ashland. They have regular units as well as temperature controlled units for the storage of musical instruments as one of many other items. There is no need to drive approximately 15 mi, away for storage when I will access quite frequently. This self storage I will use again if needed in the future plus would recommend to other residents in Ashland.

We rented a regular unit here 12 years ago, and when we needed a climate-controlled unit last year, we went back to Mistletoe. The storage units are clean and easy to access at all hours, and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. We have been extremely satisfied with Mistletoe over the years.
